Dr. Cash is terrible. It's clear that his only mission is to schedule as many appointments as possible, bill insurance companies, and move on. Why is he terrible? Good question!While sitting in the ER after just finding out my husband had a giant tumor in his intestine, Dr. Cash called my husband and told him he needed to come in to take a drug test. When my husband said "Doc, I'm in the ER, I just found out I have a tumor." his response was "well, you either need to come in today when you're done or tomorrow if you don't want to be discharged from the practice." How do I know this? I was sitting right there. When confronted about this, Dr. Cash lied and said he didn't know he was in the hospital. Of course, when pressed, we found out it really wouldn't have mattered one way or another if he did come in for the drug test. If you're looking for quality healthcare, he's not the one to provide it.Now let's move on to the office staff. They're rude, they are not helpful, they don't know what they're doing, and apparently none of this matters. We have called the office 3 times for medical records. 3 times we were told they were being mailed to us. As it turns out, that was also a lie. Dr. Cash tried to sway us from getting his full medical records by telling us how tedious it would be to print out hundreds of pages (If I gave an answer like that to one of my clients, I'd be fired). After reminding him it is our legal right to have those medical records he decided to tell me that we needed to put in writing that we wanted them. I'm glad that when we requested them for the first time 2 months ago, we were told that...The simple facts are Dr. Cash made an accusation, we didn't have the ability to disprove, he said he didn't care that my husband was in the hospital, and he is overall a nasty human being. Doctors are supposed to care for their patients. Dr. Cash does not. He goes beyond having poor bedside manner. Just stay away. No. Run away. Run far far away to another doctor.

Dr Craig Shannon operated on me 12/19/16. He switched out my c4 for a German made titanium cage. I was home Xmas eve for dinner with very little discomfort and had a speedy recovery. I’m 52 years old and have had 9 Surgeries in my life And have a lot of experience with doctors. I would recommend Dr Shannon very highly as my life is exactly like it was before my surgery.

I am beyond grateful to doctors Neubardt and Stearn for their skill, creativity, and care. I went to Brain & Spine Surgeons of New York when no one else was offering me any hope of walking again. and I was in danger of losing my life. The surgery I needed was extremely complex and required three surgeons to restore my balance, my ability to walk and my ability to resume a functional life. It is an honor for me to recommend the professional team at Brain and Spine.

Doctors Neubardt and Stearn are so down to earth and explain everything so you can understand exactly what your issues are. They give you what your options are and what they recommend you do to get the best results possible. Doctors Neubardt and Stearn each gave my wife and I all the time we needed to get all of our questions answered. We highly recommend the Brain and Spine center to anyone who may need their services.
