Stephen Greenberg Md's Online Review Report Card

I have been trying to find a new GP since Dr. S. Greenberg went into private practice. My medications run out in January 2023. A clinic in Ottawa will renew them but the need some history from Dr. Greenberg. Can I not receive my medical history from him, myself?

I went for simple Botox and Filler, which I've done for over twenty years and always been very happy with the results.Dr. Greenberg assisted me in a timely manner.I told him the three areas I was interested on my face.His PA was very pushy and between the both of them I was charged for 7 areas. To my fault I went in for a consultation I agreed to have him proceed Without getting prices.I was shocked when I proceeded to pay!!!$4000 and then I was told I had to pay the service charge that accommodates Credit Cards, never was I charged to pay the venders fee.....Results were horrible-where the filler was administered I have bumps that look like acne, I went in for a follow up he didn't address the bumps and put more Botox in my forehead and two months later my Botox was mostly gone. I don't know if the Botox was diluted too much and the bumps ARE from injecting improperly.

Botched Surgery!!! Absolutely THE WORSE experience ever !!! WARNING!!! Do Not Have surgery with Dr Stephen T Greenberg he is a HORRIBLE Doctor he is running a meat market. I had a botched surgery which I stupidly paid cash & his office had the audacity to try & double dip billing my insurance using false information. Thank God my insurance contacted me regarding the outrageous amount of money being charged to my insurance.The follow up has been a nightmare!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RUN PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE PETAL & do not visit this office. Feel free to contact me for evidence pictures & videos of my BOTCHED SURGERY!!!! and the billing statements my insurance company received.

I was informed that Dr Greenberg went private called for an appointment.It was immediate.completely different setting nice view on the Center of place des jardins.Dr was punctual and very good as usuel.SARA is the new nurse and is the best ever and provide excellent customer service. Thank you SARA.

My husband has been a patient for years & has been trying to contact him for months for phone & email regarding some serious helath issues. No reply! He was never notified that Dr Greenberg has gone private. very disappointed.

I have been a patient of his for over 30 years. When I received his notification a few months ago that he was going private, he gave his patients the option to stay with the public system & that he would find them another doctor. I emailed him my choice. My sister in law who has only been with him for a dozen years was reassigned a doctor. I haven't & I cannot reach him. The RAMQ still has me registered as his patient. I will have to call them to be taken off his list so that I can register for a waiting list for a new doctor. For the last couple of years he does not seem to care at all for his patients. If I was getting lousy service from him under the public system, then why should I pay for the same lousy service.

So glad I dumped him. Chronically very very late, disorganized, condescending ... horrible assistant. Never answer their calls or emails.

I have been a patient of dr Greenberg for the last 33 years since I was 18 and I have nothing but positive things to say about him and Carolyn both ! He is an amazing doctor and I didn’t think twice when he notified me he was going private I knew that I would follow ! I saw him for the first time this week at his new clinic and was sad to see Carolyn has retired but I was able to get an appt the same week and he was wonderful as usual ! I have the utmost respect for him … I don’t think people realize that he too is human and gets stressed .. I hope going private removed some of that stress for him ! Thank you for everything dr Greenberg .. you truly are a gem !!

Dr Greenberg has been my family doctor for many years. Very disappointed to see how I have been treated after he announced he was going private. He was supposed to assigné me an other doctor, however since to help what so ever. And right now I really need a doctor for may physical problems. What a big disappointment.

No respect for patients' time and very unresponsive by phone or email. I will seek a new doctor, you have the right o get a copy of your medical file. If you do not get a response call College des Medecins de Quebec. They will help you get a copy quickly. I recommend you ask for the last 5-10 years only or it may be expensive for copies. Secretary at new clinic is very nice and calls back
