Dr. Landau was very professional and pleasant. Talked to me a very long time and listened to my problems. Began instructions for me to become healthy again. Called me at home after tests to make sure I understand what was going on not once but twice. This was my first visit and absolutely will have him as my gastroenterologist.

He's been my GI doctor for close to 15 years. His nurse Marlene is exceptional. He listens, he takes his time to explain. I just wish I could switch to him for my PCP but he is not accepting new patients. I was with another doctor in the practice and went to another group and unhappy with my PCP. You may have to wait, but that's because he takes his time with every patient to ensure you understand everything.

He was over an hour late, with no excuse or apology. He didn't listen to my history and was quite rude. I also found out from the scheduler that while he was in my network, the procedure suite was not. Thanks to the scheduler, I found a far more compatible doctor.

Dr. Landau is a great doctor but his staff is just outstanding I had a procedure done with him at 15 north broadway in the basement and he was running late, his secretary Michelle was beyond kind and explained to all the patients in a very great manner , she also helped me fill out and explained all of my paperwork. Every doctor’s office needs a Michelle.

Dr. Landau has been my gastroenterologist for at least 20-25 years and I have never had anything but excellent care. Over the years he has probably performed 6-7 colonoscopies and at least one endoscopy all of which were easily scheduled and performed in a timely manner. With a family history of both colon and breast cancer, he has always taken the time to go over the results of all procedures as well as my annual examinations.

As a nurse 4 over 35 yrs I am knowlegable in regard to most physicians in the nyc westchester area..2 yrs ago I developed GI issues. Having exc health prior to this event which was dramatic..all physicians I sought TX from blew me off...after multi test an ER visit & overnight 4 observation I finally found Dr.Landau..WOW ..he listened recorded examined & found my problem & worked with me until I found relief..while all others blew me off..he said ...seriously looking in my eyes..Im going to figure this out & we will work together to get U back together..and after 3 months of following his TX plan I was on the mend..2 yrs later I'm well and oh so grateful..got my life back..staff is also the best! True professioal..brilliant man.

A woman from his office kept calling to remind me of an appointment I never had. She mentioned an outstanding balance and to bring a check. Left no call back number. Thank God I never saw this person. What doctor requires a check before he will see you?
