Front desk people are not friendly and helpful. I have visited one physician there, he expressed no interest in my medical situation, and was very hard to reach out to discuss my bloodwork results. Overall I will not recommend it at all.

I have been going to Maple Medical for around 6 years now and Rachele Khadjehturian NP makes my experience each time amazing. She is open minded receptive and cares. She makes me feel so comfortable when I go to see her and is accommodating to any of my needs. 5 stars for Rachele and the ladies at the front desk and the assistant all smiles! Keep the good work!

Very nice doctor, BUT office doesn't seem to be organized. I had a test over a week ago and still don't know the results! I also had a procedure done in WP Hospital on 9/29 and had to get the results on my own via the hospital's patient portal. Luckily, I have a close friend who is a physician unaffiliated with WPH, who was able to review the results with me. Today is 10/4 and I still haven't ...

Receptionist is super nasty!!! If I can put negative stars I would !!! Receptionist refuses to assist you on the phone. This clinic will benefit with friendlier staff.

Maple Medical houses many physicians. Some are alright, others aren't. Question everything including the necessity for tests or too many follow-up visits. The phone staff is abysmal and tells you something important. They either don't like their employer or patients complains a lot. It's probably a combination of being underpaid and putting up with angry patients.

Nurse Rachel Khadjehturian is absolutely incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a nurse that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care and superior knowledge in medicine. I highly recommend becoming her patient, she truly cares and will make sure you are all set before you leave!

**BEWARE OF SCAM POLICIES** 1. Appointments booked on Zocdoc has not been honored. 2. They rescheduled the appointment to their time of convenience without prior notice! 3. Reason they claimed on Zocdoc for rescheduling: "Patient requested"! - which is entirely false. 4. Now, they sent a bill for not turning up for an appointment that I never wanted. 5. This is a scam operation going on here - BEWARE.

Very bad experience with the billing department, especially with this person named Mary. I was charged by out of network service for my annual physical, which I was not told when I did the exam. If this is communicated with me, I would never agree to do the out of net work check. I called the office so many times, different people give me different responses. One person said this is resolved. But after 1 month, I received another billing statement asking for payment and Mary insisted this is never resolved. They do not communicate internally. And Mary’s attitude is just as bad. I’ve been paying for all the services that I am responsible for. But for out of net work service that was never communicated to me, can they just do it and charge thr patient for it? I found this ridiculous.

FNP Rachele was great, super nice and laid back which is exactly what I was looking for. Truly recommend her. As for the clinic, the staff could be more friendly.

I go to see Dr. Paul Kim as my current general practitioner. Everyone is very helpful and nice. I really enjoy the fact that you don't have to worry about parking when you arrive. I have found that the staff is understanding and professional. Appointments are convenient and wait times are short.
