While I like the cardiologist, I have had a terrible time trying to get my follow up appointments because they keep calling me at the last minute that their schedules have changed and I have to reschedule. I have been trying for MONTHS. I understand that things happen, however if you don’t have the ability to provide care for your patients, do not accept new ones. Very disappointed.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at this office. From the front desk, to the nurses and the doctor …Each and everyone was courteous, professional, and made my yearly visit comfortable as they possibly could. Please forward my thanks on to each and everyone of the staff there. Thanks!!

Visited with Dr. Chan Lam and had a wonderful visit with him. The front desk staff were amazing and took care of us immediately and the medical assistant was very pleasant and kind. I would recommend this office.

My Pmd recently diagnosed me with Sinus Tachycardia (fast HR). He then referred me to Trinity Cardiology for further evaluation. I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish.. Dr. Sedighi was extremely thorough ordering me multiple tests that they were able to perform that same day. The efficient nursing staff called me within 24hours with my normal test results. : )

I have had nothing but great experiences at this office. Friendly staff especially the testing staff upstairs, they always explain everything and put me at ease. I have had a couple doctors since I have been here but have been happy with everyone I have seen.

Unfortunately there are only a handful of good, caring workers at this office. I was employed there for 6 months and found out real quick that the patients were not their top priority. Training was a joke, I was thrown to the wolves on my 3rd day being there having no prior experience. Despite learning EPIC and providing guidance and support to other staff on how to do a task, I was not recognized for it. I was only ridiculed by the administrator for not being signed onto my phone when in fact I was switching desktops and had to sign out to sign back in. A minute or 2 passed and she blasted me in front of everyone. Then when I applied for team lead, I was turned down. Instead they promote another employee for office manager who has no experience on checking in or out patients. She would never fill in for lunches or if someone called in because she was not capable of doing the job. My moral values were compromised and that’s when I knew I had to leave.

I took my mom for an appointment at Trinity cardiology and we were not comfortable with the doctor she saw because he didn’t explain her condition to us very well. In fact he barely spoke at all. So we decided we wanted to see a different doctor in the practice. But when I called and told the receptionist this and asked to reschedule my mom with a different doctor she refused to do it telling me no. A patient should be able to see whomever they are comfortable with not who they happen to get assigned to. Not right.

I had a visit on November 10th. Had to come back on the 13th for a Holter Monitor. I am STILL waiting for the results. I put a call in today (12/7/2020) and I'm still waiting for the call back. Also, my appointment was scheduled for November 10th at 2:30. I had to wait for 45 minutes! Was this due to the Covid-19 pandemic? I don't know. I let that slide. Now this, with waiting for a phone call? I saw Dr. Sedighi. He is a good doctor, but the staff...I don't know. I would not recommend this medical center.

Office's written response is that they are "disappointed" by my bad experience, but not disappointed enough to respond to the email they asked me to send, this place is a disgusting joke all the way to the top apparently, how sad somewhere along the line these people have forgotten they are supposed to be helping people. - I was referred to Rozmus due to a heart rate reaching 190bpm with many additional symptoms. The first visit resulted in scheduling a stress test (along with multiple other tests) - I currently walk with a cane and have all over body weakness along with leg tremors. I appeared at my first visit with a cane. I was told by 2 receptionists and 2 nurses "if you can't walk on the treadmill they'll just give you a medication to make it feel like you're excercising"... I then show up for the stress test at a different office and am informed the medicated stress test requires a completely separate authorization from my insurance, it is hours long, and it could make me feel worse than I already feel, did no one feel this information was important to tell me, the patient, or is the staff that terribly trained/informed?? Seeing a below review from a prior employee, this lack of care and obvious lack of information is clearly an office wide issue. I am disgusted and will never return. This "doctor" scheduled me for a test, completely ignoring the fact that I could not perform that test. Even tried telling me during recheck that I no longer had a heart problem that I have had my entire life, just to backtrack and agree that I did still have it but don't need to come back and see him again. It's obvious that this man does not pay attention to the patient he is actually with and I am so upset I ever wasted my time in his office. Seek help elsewhere, these people OBVIOUSLY cannot be trusted.
