This was my first visit but I was impressed with Dr. Norman and the staff. Just changed doctors because of the inefficiency and staff not completing what was supposed too be taken care of.

The doctor and PA are okay. In fact, I really like the PA (Joanne), she is very thorough, and kind. My major issue with this office is the staff. I have had several bad experiences with the secretary. She is "rude", and I question if she even delivers messages as they are given, even interjecting her own opinion and advice. I have never encountered someone with such nerve. She literally acts like a "blocker", and potentially has some serious underlying issues. After several encounters over the years, I am finally switching doctors. I know another patient that has had the same experiences, and has even written a letter to the doctor voicing his concerns, which was unacknowledged, before finally leaving.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norman for years, he is bar far the BEST doctor I have every had. Scheduling is usually not an issue, the wait in the waiting room is reasonable, the support staff are great especially the NP. What set's Dr. Norman apart is that when it's your turn, he focus' on you, not the previous patient, not the next patient, he focus' on you being the ONLY patient that matters, whether you need 5 minutes or 25 minutes, he is not finished until you are finished. Dr. Norman is AWESOME!

I always enjoy going to see him. That might seem weird to say bc it is a doctor visit but he is always professional and explains things clearly.When you have any problems he is very helpful. He has also been helpful w keeping cost down by prescribing generic drugs whenever possible. He had even given samples to defray the rising drug pricing. He is a wonderful Dr. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Norman is a wonderful family doctor. I have been under his care for over 30 years. Unfortunately, one of his office staff can be rude and abrasive. If I didn't appreciate Dr. Norman as much as I do, I would switch.
