Dr. Gupta was nice and listened to most of my concerns. I had a GI issue that he addressed, but then another that he kind of brushed off. He gave a thorough explanation of the first problem I had. All in all, would recommend.

I have had several visits and two scopes done by Dr Gupta he is very knowledgeable and discusses the issues I’ve had with me in terms I can understand not this medical terminology no one can understand. My only issue it took 5 weeks to get an office visit with him but once I got into see him he got me into buffalo surgery center in few days to get each scope done so it’s well worth the wait (if ya can) to get appointment with him.

Went to discuss treatment for my Hep C. Dr Gupta told me i needed to wait to see how the disease progressed before trying to be approved for treatment and then scheduled a follow up for about 6 months later. Absolutely crazy. I went to a different facility, was approved for treatment, finished my treatment and was cured before i was even contacted again by Dr Gupta. Terrible experiences with BMG all the way around.

Did not listen at all. Ignored my concerns and brushed off my symptoms. Barely examined me or touched me. It was a horrible experience and I will never return to him as a doctor.
