I live in the south towns and drive past the closer location, out to Essjay, just to see Doctor Andre Lopez!! He is amazing! Doctor Lopez listens and is respectful! I believe he treats me as a whole patient, he covers and includes all of my issues!

I was referred by a nurse friend to consider going to the Buffalo Medical Group 13 years ago. During those years Dr. Lopez has managed my personal health very well. During each visit he makes me feel comfortable and confident about my health. He is very knowledgeable, has an excellent understanding of my health and has been guiding me to eat healthy now that I am in my retirement years. He is always up on the latest medical news and trends. Based on some of the trends he as recommended a healthy assessment to me with a course of action to follow. I would recommend him as a physician to my family and friends if they were in need of one.

I live in the south towns and make the 45 minute drive to keep Dr. Lopez as my primary care physician with good reason. He is incredibly thorough, takes the time to explain everything, really thinks about continuity of care, and remains humble and kind even when you aren’t a very good patient. He also has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who asks. If I could give them all more than 5 stars, I would!

Dr. Lopez answered my after hours call and opened by telling me I should’ve been using mybgm chart messaging with my doctor instead of calling. He then rudely denied that I have the flu and said “it’s not going around” (it very much is) so I had to tell him I was diagnosed with the flu. Dr Lopez has been treating me for several years. I find him a good listener who provides conscientious care. I never feel rushed or dismissed by him. Have always been treated well by support staff also.
