Andrew Giacobbe's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Giacobbe and his staff are wonderful! I had my first breast augmentation done in 06. I just had them replaced. He is an excellent plastic surgeon! His staff has incredible customer service as well. I have recommended him to several people. He is professional and does an amazing job. I had my first implants in for 17 years and had no issues at all. They looked incredible!! I'm looking forward to seeing how the replacements turn out. If you want excellent results, go to Dr. Giacobbe. Update: It has been almost 6 weeks since my surgery. I am very happy with the results! My implants look incredible!

I went in for my consultation yesterday. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone! The receptionists, the patient care coordinator, the PA and doctor Giacobbe. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the second you walk in the door. Dr. Giacobbe made me feel so comfortable and he was very thorough. The patient care coordinator was amazing and made you feel like she’s known you forever! It was truly an amazing experience and I can’t wait to see my results! *edit* I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and I am obsessed! I am beyond happy with my results. I had my one month follow up today and also received complimentary Botox done by Kelsey. She’s amazing! Also received the cutest little thank you card and gift from the staff. Everyone is so amazing. I talked so highly of WNY Plastic Surgery that my mom is scheduling a Botox consultation tomorrow! I will always recommend Dr. Giacobbe to everyone

I went in for my consultation today! I have nothing but good things to say about everyone! The receptionists & the patient care manager Amy! Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the second you walk in the door. I saw Emily and she made me feel so comfortable and was very thorough. The patient care manager was amazing and made you feel like she’s known you forever! It was truly an amazing experience and I can’t wait to see my results! My skin was glowing and she lessened the hyperpigmentation and recommended vitamin C. I have an upcoming appointment with Kelsey and I am looking forward to it.

Everyone and everything from start to finish was an amazing experience! The office staff was super helpful and friendly and I always felt taken care of when I went in or called. I would highly recommend Dr. Giacobbe and his office!

December 14th 2022 marked one year since I had my life changing surgery. I've spent a long time thinking about whether or not to write about my experience choosing Andrew Giacobbe to be my doctor for this surgery. However, I feel so strongly about warning others about the treatment I received from him and the results I endured due to his lack of empathy and skill. On December 14th 2021 ten minutes before my surgery I asked Andrew Giacobbe what the difference and benefits going under the muscle would be if we went down that route instead of over the muscle. Before I could finish my sentence he angrily interrupts me to tell me he's going over the muscle; end of discussion, not up for debate. I thought I upset him so much I asked his assistant if he was mad at me. Her response, she rolls her eyes and says "that's just him". The magic words, at that moment my heart sunk. I had an overwhelming feeling that I was making the biggest mistake of my life. I went through with the surgery anyway and I wish with every fiber of my being that I would've done my research and went with a different surgeon. Unfortunately I am unwilling/unable to disclose my true feelings about the results of my surgery but if I can give any woman advice on whether or not to choose Andrew Giacobbe as your surgeon, please do your research and avoid his business. Save yourself from the humiliation of telling your doctor how unhappy you are with the results and being met with complete indifference. My response to Nancy: I did express my concerns multiple times! I cried to the secretary over the phone twice. The entire phone call consisted of his receptionist saying how much she understood, and how she would speak to Andrew Giacobbe and find a solution for me. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment the receptionist wouldn't even look at me! When I expressed my concerns in person I was met with zero compassion, zero empathy, and complete indifference. I left Andrew Giacobbe's office feeling absolutely devastated and humiliated!!

Dr. Giacobbe and all of his staff are amazing and very caring! They make you feel very welcomed the moment you walk through the door. Him and his team were very thorough and compassionate from my consultation to my pre-op, surgery, post-op and 6 week check up. They go out of their way to answer any questions and make you feel very comfortable and everyone is very informative. I really had an excellent experience and cannot say enough good things about him and his team! Dr. Giacobbe is very talented and my results are perfect! Very highly recommend!

I am so glad that I was referred to by a friend to see Dr Giacobbe. He was very professional and spent a good enough time with his consult. I’m very happy with the results that came from having surgery. Would definitely go back to him if I ever needed cosmetic surgery again!
