I had a very short wait time in both the waiting room and treatment room. The doctor and staff were very attentive to my care and explained my prognosis very clearly. When leaving after my appointment every staff member I saw told me to have a nice day.

I was referred to Dr. Liu-Helm by my dermatologist as I have had unexplained swelling and rashes since my Covid booster 10 months ago. While I have upcoming patch tests scheduled with Dr. Lou-Helm, I was greatly impressed by this doctor’s demeanor and personality. She listened…really listened, asked many probing questions, and heard what I was saying. The visit was relaxed…not rushed. I did NOT feel like just another patient. She said ‘I want to work with your dermatologist to help you get to the bottom of this issue.’ SOLD! Knowledgeable, kind, super-bubbly, and kind office staff!

My 9 yr old and I had allergy testing done together. Staff and Doctor were very nice and made the experience easy and fast!

allergist doctor she is, immunology doctor she is not!! She was terrible at communicating with my concerns. Anytime I questioned her or had concerns about my immune difficiency she would be very short and not nice at all. She never knew who I was, even after going to her for 8 plus years. If you are an easy case she may be a great option for you, but if you need more in depth care I would recommend going elsewhere. I don't think I have spent more than 5 minutes with her in a patient room. She would leave the room before I could even ask or get any of my questions about my health answered. It was extremely upsetting. After voicing my concerns with the receptionist that I had more questions for her, she was made to come in reluctantly and answer my questions. A few weeks later she dropped me as a patient for reasons I am still unsure of. I get monthly infusions so to be put in that position was extremely hurtful, upsetting and reckless to me as a patient. I would think that would go against her oath she took as a doctor. So I not only had to find a new doctor in less then a month, but be seen by them and have my infusions interrupted. It affected my health mostly. So thanks so much Dr. Liu-Helm! for nothing.
