Dr. Charles Niles performed cataract surgery on my right and left eyes. Everything went very smoothly. The office staff prepared me on what to expect before and after surgery. The doctor and his staff are all very professional, kind, caring, and friendly. So nice to walk into a doctor's office where people love their jobs. My vision is now 20 20. So happy I had the surgery. It made a huge difference in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Niles.

I would have given it 5 stars but Dr Niles assistant was some what distracted today and got his orders wrong. It really created issues down the line.

I was a wreck about having cataract surgery & additional cost for the dual lens. Niles made this process smooth. Addressed concerns, factual information, prompt service. I am so happy I paid the additional cost of reading lens. I don’t need glasses for distance or reading. After surgery on both eyes, he made follow up call, personally.. not many medical professionals take the extra effort. I would recommend him to anyone.. staff was great too, helpful & knowledgable and lots of patience.. thank you! I am ecstatic with results

I just had cataract surgery on both of my eyes. dr. Niles is exceptional. I have seen three other Ophthalmologist in the past two years and he is the one I chose to do my surgeries. He is kind, considerate, and thorough. His office staff is equal to all of that.

I highly recommend Dr. Niles of Opthalmology Associates of WNY. I have had both laser surgery for glaucoma and Cataract surgery done by him. He has given me back my eyesight! I am so grateful for what he has done!
