Always reliable!

Missed appointment (first time) due to mother’s death (who sadly, was one of their patients also) and they refused to waive the missed appointment fee. The epitome of only caring about money and having no empathy or compassion. What a joke - in the same letter that they denied my request for the fee waiver (i asked them to waive it because I forgot appointment while I was sitting bedside waiting for mom to draw last breath, which she did soon after) they had the audacity to include the phone number to reschedule! Needless to say my husband and I are moving to a new practice. I’d never go back- I guess their patients (and my mother’s death) aren’t worth $50.

My mother was a patient of Dr Bartolone and Sue Krepple. I attended all appointments with her and was very disappointed at the care she got from both of these practitioners. She had end stage liver disease and although there was nothing they could do to cure this disease, at the end they just went through the motions. It was very disappointing to say the least. My mother had other doctors that tried to make her comfortable and did everything they could to help her keep up her strength and some quality of life at the end. Not this practice. So, so disappointing.

I have been going here for many years but the last few weeks have been just awful and I was really starting to lose my faith... I have been calling trying to get some answers and some type of assistance..but every time I would finally be allowed to speak to a human, it was as if no one had the time to help and I was transferred off to another waiting line or voicemail. But... Today! My hero! Kristen (not sure on the spelling) I believe a medical assistant or just perhaps superhero.... Took the necessary time to help me, make sure my needs were met and she validated my feelings! Then after the first phone call...she followed up with a second phone call!!! I couldn't believe it! She went above and beyond to help me and take the extra time to make sure that everything was good! I really appreciate everything she did!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Bartolone's for over the last 20 years. I'd say he is the best doctor I've had. My ulcerative colitus was flaring up about 20 years ago and I was being mistreated by another doctor. A friend of mine told me she heard great things about Dr Bartolone and that see him. He immediately diagnosed the problem and changed my medication. Two to three months later, my colitus went into remission, were it's been for 20 years! I am very thankful for his continued care. If you are fortunate enough to have him take you on as a patient, you won't be disappointed. Dr Bartolone is competent, compassionate and very relatable. No question is off limit.

I've been a patient of Dr Bartolonr's for over 20 years. I would rate him as the best doctor I ever had. I was being mistreated for ulcerative colitus by a doctor who was telling me he wanted to put me in the hospital. A friend told me she had heard great things about Dr Bartolone and advised I see him. He quickly diagnosed my problem and change the medications I was taking. My colitus went into within a couple of months and hasn't flared since. Dr Bartolone is very competent, knowledgeable and relatable. He's always willing to answer any question and never in a rush. If you are fortunate enough to get on his patient list, you are blessed!

Dr. Bartalone is the first GI doctor I have had (I tried three others first) who treats me like an intelligent human being who is able to be a partner in my own health care. He actually listens and works to find solutions. I would highly recommend him to anyone - and have to several friends.

Dr. Bartolone is fantastic. He was early to my appointment, listened very carefully and took a detailed history, and even ordered additional labwork unrelated to the issue I was seeing him for that resulted in my chronic illness finally being diagnosed and treated. I highly recommend him.

This place is awesome. I'm truly greatful for my Doctors that I have, they have been with me all the way even during all my tests. I thank God for my Doctors. I recommend this place!!!!!

Office staff is a joke. I rescheduled a few appointments 4 weeks in advance and the last time I tried they advised I had done so too many times and that I would have to make the originally scheduled appointment. If I could make that date I wouldn’t have needed to reschedule , they act as if they are the only practice in town. Get over yourselves !!!
