I work at a doctor's office and I called and spoke to a receptionist with an indian accent.I had some questions about the particular doctors that works out of that office for patient care purposes. She was a very rude and condescending she needs a new job and should not be answering phones like that because it makes the doctor look bad. She should not be working at a doctors office if she cannot be professional and nice at least

I went to see him years ago, referred because of chronic uveitis and macular edema. He worked with me to get my flares to calm down, and has been keeping watch over my macular edema to make sure it doesn't get worse. Proper action will be needed. He's very thorough and explains everything. I recommend him!

My daughter was hit in the eye with a lacrosse ball playing with a friend today. She was complaining of blurry vision and considering how heavy this ball is, and the impact, I was worried there may be a serious injury. I called this office and Dr. Jermak was the doc on call. He opened his office (on a SUNDAY) to examine my daughter. He was thorough and so kind. Can’t put into words exactly how appreciative we are for his kindness. You don’t find many docs like this anymore.
