Looking to get results on a case I had done months ago. I called to see if I could get them, or make an appointment so I would be able to get them . I was then transferred to someone that could possible give me the results, WRONG!!! I was then told Dr. Conti likes to go over results with the patient, OK? so why was I transferred. Then a transfer back to the beginning stage of making an appointment. Well lets just say who ever I was transferred to needs a little more training on how to schedule an appointment in a kind way and maybe, just a maybe not tell me you are filling in for someone. SO finally the ONLY good part (so i thought), I got an appointment to go over my results the next day with an office visit. Good part went south real quick, not only did I have to take time off work to do this thinking I was getting results. Results??? I was told everything was fine as far as the results go but needed to follow up with my PC doctor to discuss what is next with things dealing with my heart. I WORE A HEART MONITOR for 28 days, 28 days!!!! To get 28 words of a response get out of Dr. Conti on what to do next, forget it. From the staff to Dr. Conti, Very disappointed in the care and overall feelings from making the appointment to walking out the door with the only answer follow up with your primary care doctor with heart concerns!!! I will save you the time just go to your primary care Doctor!

Although Dr. Conti has been helpful in the past, today he interrupted both my questions and my answers, had no meaningful feedback for serious concerns, and ordered no follow up. He rushed me right out like my hair was on fire. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I will find a cardiologist who is interested in lowering the risk of an emergency on a proactive basis.
