Dr Raymond Paolini's Online Review Report Card

Although i was never able to see the actual doctor, I tried to call in and cancel my appt due to being sick. I tried 4 times unable to leave a message for some reason. I called the office originally to see if I had an appt which is how I remember trying to cancel. I was told to pay $40 to reschedule, said I would call back. I then called back and was told since Im a new patient and missed an appt, Im no longer allowed to be seen by them at all!!!!! I try to be careful to not spread covid or cold to the staff and this is what i get for it... screw this office !!!! I now have a new appt at another office.

I nowWell, let's see....so, I just got turned away from my appointment I've been desperately needing bc I can't swallow, all bc they wouldn't let me mail in my co-pay. I switched insurance companies, didn't realize I had a co-pay, and mistakingly left the house late this morning without my money. My hubby had his radiation treatment this morning at Roswell, n we had our two little girls with us. But anyway, after his treatment, we waited in the parking lot for almost 3 hours for this appointment bc we live far away, couldn't eat without money , then get into the office for my appointment , n I explained all this, yet STILL wouldn't let me be seen! WTF !!! Who does that?!?! All over a co-pay...really...seems like all this place does is care about money, not patients. Heads up for anyone looking for some treatment or compassion

I have been a patient of Dr. Paolini for decades. He is caring, knowledgeable and very proficient. He truly cares about my well being. Dr. Ray takes his time with me, listens to my concerns and explains my treatment plan. I highly recommend him.

Great dr. And staff

I took my oldest daughter to dr Paolini for help with her chronic sinus and ear issues.He removed her adenoids and places tubes on her and it has made a huge difference on her quality of life. What a great practice he has. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful with my questions as a concerned mom. I simply can’t thank them enough!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Paolini and his staff. After years of being told I just had chronic sinus infections causing severe pain, my new PMD finally sent me to Dr Paolini. Within ten minutes, he knew what my problem was (deviated septum, blocked sinus and nasal polyps) and that surgery could fix it. The staff was so helpful and walked me through all the pre-op steps. Two weeks after surgery, I felt better than I had in years! But even outside of that, he and his staff are always kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and run on time. I recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Paolini and his office staff were excellent. Appointment times were on schedule, very little waiting. It’s great to receive excellent medical care along with having my time respected as well.

About 3 years ago, I went for an ENT check up to Dr Paolini. My first appointment was with his PA - whom I thought was nice upon meeting. After the checkup- I've had sinus conditions for years, she suggested I go for a CT scan which was fine. When the results came in, in stead of asking me to come in the office to review. She called me on a Friday afternoon to tell me I had a brain tumor but not to be worried, because if any of her family members had a brain tumor, this was the one she would want them to have. I don't care who you are, when you think your life is in jeopardy, you don't want to hear it over the phone. Once you hear that "Brain Tumor" phrase, you want to vomit and you think you are going to die. You are not in the doctors office where you can see the results and have them explained and even be comforted. Instead you are left with a feeling of hopelessness and dread and such anxiety that you can't think straight. Then the doctor has the nerve to send you a $450 bill - when after every thing was said and done including an MRI and over $1500 in extra medical bills, that it was a small calcium deposit that has probably been there since birth. There needs to be a level of compassion from a medical professional. This is not how I would have handled this. I advised my insurance of this incident and I called the office when I got the bill and told them I wasn't going to pay because of the unnecessary distress and anxiety they caused. I thought it had been settled until I recently received a collections notice from Dr Paolini bill. I guess after all these years, he felt his PA's actions were professional. I say find another ENT office. Oh and by the way when I told Dr Paolini about how his PA called and and told me about my "Brain Tumor" he made light of it and said, I'm sure she really didn't say that. I have never in my entire life complained about a doctor but this office took the prize.

All he did was lecture me about Q-Tips. I told him my left ear was in pain and nearly swollen shut and he looked for about 2 seconds and said he didn't see anything. $45 co-pay down the drain. The next morning my auditory canal was swollen shut. Will be seeing a different ENT from here on out.
