Everything went well. I was disappointed in the fact that my future appointments did not take into consideration how far away they were. I intend to message the office and reschedule them for Ess Jay rather than Orchard Park.

Dr. Waffner is great and treat his patients with respect. He is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. He is also trying to give healthier options and ways for us to be more active. His office building is always clean, they are fast and very technological up to date. I will recommend Dr. Waffner and the Buffalo Medical Group to everyone.

Great experience with Dr. Waffner. He takes his time during visits and answers all questions thoroughly. He also responds quickly to inquiries sent through the MyBMG App.

My fathers primary doctor of 35 years, who did not work at Buffalo medical, retired. As a result, my father had to seek out a new physician. He turned to Buffalo Medical group under the belief that Buffalo Medical group had a good reputation. Randomly, he ended up with Dr. Waffner as his new primary. My dad neither liked him nor disliked him but since my dad was not having any health issues at the time, he decided to remain his patient in case he needed anything in the future. After being with Dr. Waffner for two years, my dad developed a health issue which my father saw Dr. Waffner for countless times. Not only did Dr. Waffner ignore his health concerns but at one of the appointments, Dr. Waffner made a cruel and demeaning comment about the clothes that he was wearing. My father left his appointment feeling extremely upset by the inappropriate and horrible way that Dr. Waffner had treated him. I am heavily involved in helping my father with his health care needs so I suggested to my father that we find another doctor at Buffalo Medical so my father did not have to continue to be seen by a doctor who would verbally demean him. I set up an appointment for my father to see Dr. Chatrath and we were hopeful that Dr. Chatrath would show an interest in troubleshooting what illness was plaguing my father. Sadly, Dr. Chatrath proved to be just as incompetent as Dr. Waffner. While we do not feel pleased with the need to file a medical negligence malpractice lawsuit against Dr. Waffner and Dr. Chatrath, now that the primary medical issue has been professionally addressed and we now understand that it would have been treatable had Dr. Waffner or Dr. Chatrath acted as competent doctors, we feel that more importantly than the financial compensation that he will receive due to their severe medical negligence, we feel we have a societal obligation to sue for Dr. Waffner and Dr. Chatrath to have their medical licenses revoked to prevent other people and families from needlessly suffering the same unfortunate fate that befell my father all over a medical condition that required a doctor to do their job and order the appropriate tests and not dismiss my father’s ailments due to his age. The positive reputation that Buffalo medical group once had, is clearly no longer there. I would strongly caution anyone against this practice. It is evident that there is a severe lack of oversight at Buffalo medical to allow their doctors to practice with such incompetence and malpractice.

He takes his time to answer all your questions and concerns. Dr Waffner is really concerned about your well being. We trust him so much that we recommend him to our family and friends. Many of our family members are currently have him as their doctor. We appreciate everything he does for us.

Dr waffner was very through went over all of my bloodwork and compared it to last results. We reviewed all of my medical history including vaccines. We discussed upcoming visits with specialists and went over my nutrition and exercise habits. An excellent visit and planning for my healthcare going forward
