I had an an appointment scheduled and cancelled to see a different DR from another practice at an earlier date. I called to schedule to another appt for another opinion and they refused care! Since when am I not allowed to see who I want? I do not have a right to change my mind and see someone else? I wouldn't recommend Trinity Medical! Absolutely ridiculous.

I did not find this Dr. Chan Lam helpful. He was intending to prescribe me a medicine that other Doctors and Medical Staff could not figure out. He wanted to give me a medicine that would make my heart less round and more oval. Does that make sense? Then, he and his Coumadin nurse basically threw me out of the waiting room in a snow storm just because it was close to 4 PM their closing time. I had no idea they were closing. I was trying to still make a follow-up appointment. How unprofessional and incompetent this whole experience was.

I have been a patient of the Dr for over 6 yrs. He is awesome. He takes him time with me &explains everything. He likes to get to know his patients so he can treat them better. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great Dr. PC
