My initial visit with Dr R went quite well. He explained my condition and was reassuring. My follow-up visit however was terrible - it was scheduled for 2:15, at 3:43 I left without seeing the doctor. I asked the office staff to tell Dr R that my time is also valuable.I never received a phone call from the doctor or his staff to inquire of my progress and or to reschedule.

I am so grateful to Dr Ratnakaran for his treatment of my eye issues. Post cataract surgery, I developed a haziness that moved over both eyes-unsuccessfully treated by my cataract surgeon with YAG laser. A family member recommended Dr Ram. He was so thorough, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring. I underwent a vitrectomy in my right eye 10/22 (15 months after my cataract surgery), which cleared the gray debris and fogginess. My left eye is now slowly improving on its own. I would highly recommend Dr Ram, he listened, explained and exuded confidence. I can't say enough positive things about him!

Dr. Ram is an angel of a doctor . He is compassionate, friendly and a doctor who cares about his patients. He explains what is going on in your health situation and how he is going to treat it. He takes his time and always is ready to answer any question you may have for him. I have yet to meet a doctor such as him who makes you feel at ease, comfortable as you were part of his family. I am glad that he is my doctor taking care of my ongoing eye issue as I know with him this health issue will be resolve. Thank you Dr. Ram God bless. Mariaelena

This doctor is the most knowledgeable in his field.He tells his patients exactly what the problem is and the treatment for the condition. His surgical skills are phenomenal and at follow-up visits he is very honest about your progress and what activities you can do as retina repair is not something that happens over night. If you do what he tells you to do you will have a great outcome. I trust this doctor completely.

Dr. Ram is a professional in the highest capacity. He explains things very thoroughly in a way that is understandable. His surgical skills are impeccable and he follows up on his patients to assure positive outcomes.to summarize - one of the best!

I went to see Dr Ram, based on a really good recommendation. I was told I would have a test done, and then sent to let my eyes dialate. I went to an examination room and was shortly seen by Dr Ram. He was dismissive of some of my symptoms, told me they were not possible, and said I should come back in 6 months if my symptoms did not clear up. I was given a summary of my visit that I read after my eyes cleared which had a diagnosis based on the test that was not done. I waited until my bill came, and saw that they did, indeed , bill me for a test that was never done. I called the office and they had to go back through my records to confirm that the test did not occur. I don't see how a diagnosis could be based on a nonexistant test.
