Yet another bad doctor with the Buffalo Medical Group. In 15 years I have only seen one decent doctor in this group who actually listened to the patient, but she retired last year. I have seen many "sleep medicine" doctors in the last 20 years. None were helpful or seemed to understand how debilitating chronic insomnia is. How demeaning to tell an insomniac "you probably sleep more than you think you do." She's clearly never suffered from insomnia. And then she asks you to watch a 10 minute meditation video on the phone. Lazy! Do not waste your money on this doctor.

She was ver attentive - asked me questions that showed she wanted to make a medical plan with as much knowledge as possible! I have heard only very complimentary things about her, that is why I asked my primary dr and he said great choice! Looking forward to working with her!

Dr Block is amazing. She is very caring, thorough and spends time to answer any questions I may have. She has gone above and beyond for my me and my son! I highly recommend her.

This is for the total incompetence of the staff in getting the results to my doctor! Test was done 1/7/2020 and still no results as of 2/6/2020!! I called at least 3-4 times and discovered the staff sent them to a doctor/practice I used over 10 years ago! They never updated the information I had given them with my new doctor info, his prescription for the study, and even had an address for me from 6 years ago??? And when I call the office, the staff gets upset with me!! Never again, the arrogance and total lack of follow-up is a disgrace to Medicine in the insurance age.....

Wonderful woman took her time with me which is a rare find these days. I did alot of talking and she listened I was in there a full hour. She cared about what I had to say . Sleep apnea patient with all kinds of DOT compliance issues and shes not run away.

Dr. Block spent time with me discussing my health and I never felt that my time with her was rushed. She was articulate in explaining next steps and I feel she genuinely cared about me and my health. I would recommend her to family and friends.

This appointment was a bit complicated. I was well prepared with questions and Dr. Block was well prepared with test results, and next step recommendations. She took all the time needed.

Received promptly and with her thorough examination I felt I was both professionally and kindly cared for. It did take over 30 days to get an appointment due to the Dr. being in demand. This was not an obstacle for me as my experience proved that I am getting quality care.
