List of Scott R. Sobieraj Md's Reviews
I am more than pleased with Dr. Sobieraj. He’s young enough to be up on all the new techniques and procedures and mature enough to give the best advice. He has helped me greatly. It’s a pleasure to see him in the office. He listens to me, he’s a pleasure to talk to. I don’t feel hurried. I highly recommend him.
Scott is a good doctor but Trinity is not the company he should be with. Staff is poorly trained and probably overworked. You can wait endlessly for them to even answer the phone.
Great doctor. Staff is horrendous, ignoring phone calls and requests for refills. After requesting refill for necessary Rx over a week ago, it’s still not called in and now my husband is out of medication. I was told by answering service that refills were only called in during the week. Apparently not this week... maybe next week. This does not help the patient in need of medication.
Dr. Sobieraj is great but the office staff is horrible. I’ve been a patient there for 20 years and there has been a change in last two years. I had a heart attack a few weeks ago and was told to follow up with my cardiologist in a few weeks. When I called the Williamsville office I was told they couldn’t get me an appointment for two and half months. Very typical of attitude of office staff. Goodbye Trinity. I now have a new cardiologist.
He is very approachable and seems like he will be easy to talk with. Only met him once, but he made a good impression.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
