I was seen in a timely manner. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ted explained the problem completely and thoroughly. He also was specific about the treatment.

I have been going to Dr.Ted for about 25 years now! Wow does time fly, I have got to know him very well through the years. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. If you need a good orthopedic surgeon I haven't had any complaints. He has done both shoulders and both knees .

Dr. Ted and his team are the best! I've been dealing with a knee situation and they have been so great about getting me in to the office and taking very good care of me. They explain things very well. I would also like to compliment the others that I have dealt with at the Hamburg office, from the lady at the reception desk to the x-ray techs, and the nurses. I would never consider going anywhere else for orthopedic care.

Dr Ted has done an Amazing job on my wife’s total knee replacement surgery and her rotator cuff replacement surgery I am so grateful for you Dr Ted, thank you and may Gods bless you the office and wonderful staff, the Hospital staff at St Joseph, as well as St.Joseph Physical Therapy Dept. I would not recommend this doctor. Caused more discomfort then what he fixed, long term pain, and chuckled at me to my face when I told him I needed his help ... "if it was up to me, I wouldn't do any workman's comp cases, they are nothing but a pain ... " That was the last day he was my doctor. Next week I have my second shoulder surgery to try and relieve the daily pain it's still in. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion and considering long and hard before believing this is your best choice - especially for workman's comp issues.

Dr. Szarzanowocz is AWESOME. He is skilled and a great bed side manor. He did my husbands & my rotator cuff surgerys. He also did my knee replacement & reverse shoulder replacement. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He explains what to expect and answers questions. LOVE HIM

I have had both shoulders replaced and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to have done them. Excellent surgeon.

Great patient interaction and easier recovery by following the doctor's instructions

This guy was the WORST doctor I have ever been too. Pre-op they seemed alright but should have seen the red flag when we had paperwork issues from the start. Post -op, horrible .. to the point where I felt the treatment was borderline malpractice. You wait for sometime and when finally called you get to spend a total of 45 seconds with the doctor. Not understanding, not compassionate, horrible bedside manner. I was injured at work two and a half years ago, a workman's comp case. They DO NOT KNOW how to do paperwork correctly or just don't care. WILL NOT HELP YOU. At one point after a year and a half of pain and not getting better after his surgery and physical therapy, I went through the entire file with the workers comp doctor - after being told by Dr. Szarzanowicz it was the physical therapists fault that my paperwork was all messed up, he looked at me and told me it was Buffalo Ortho's office that was screwing everything up and that I needed to calmly ask Dr. Ted for help, which

Friendly and courteous staff. Fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend.
