Patient care is amazing! Dr. wade and his team have gone above and beyond to provide me with the best chiropractic care out there.
Easy check-in. Little wait time. My provider listened well, asked the right questions and worked out and scheduled a plan for further diagnosis and corrective action. All of this was done so thoroughly and with such a pleasant presentation that I left confident that my ailment could and would be pinpointed and corrected. This is the same experience I had with Dr. Meyers' team when I faced lumbar surgery in 2022. That experience, a lumbar fusion mind you, got the same 5-star treatment. (Not that I'd want to do it again!)
As a Canadian from Ontario, and as a result of long wait times for diagnostics and surgery, I had to receive a MRI and find a neurosurgeon outside of our provincial system. I was referred to Dr Michael Stoffman. The support, and treatment I received from Dr Stoffman and his team was excellent.
I was lucky enough to have Dr Jason Davies as a doctor when I had a ruptured brain aneurysm in 2020. He worked with my parents to make sure I had minimally invasive brain surgery, fixed the rupture and cared for me while I was in the hospital and afterward. He and his team were the BEST. I have recommended him to a friend’s mother, and she had great results too. I owe my life to him and his team-thank you!
I had one of the most serious and complicated spinal stenosis surgeries known. It was a 12.5 hour surgery. As a result of straightening my spine, I am 2.5 inches taller from the waste up! Dr. Mullin and his surgical team were excellent. Everything they told me to expect, happened, just as they said it would. I am now post 4 months, continuing physical therapy to the point I am nearly able to walk unassisted. My pain is gone! This is a top shelf surgical team from top to bottom!
UBNS has the best doctors in WNY. They try everything to avoid surgery to keep you out of pain. They listen to your problems and give you suggestions and options. They have a portal where you can contact your doctor inbetween appointments if something pops up and you have a problem or question. They are good at getting back to you in a timely fashion. I am glad I chose to go to UBNS for my back problems.
Very caring, knowledgeable, answers every question and explains in terms I can understand. Very prompt with appointment time.
I can't say enough about UBNS, Dr. Fahrbach and his team. After years of pain, I had ACDF surgery in June. Today all my past pain & issues are gone. They have answered all my questions in detail and answer questions within minutes of emailing them on the portal. Visits to UBNS are no hassle, lots of parking and never a long wait. I highly recommend UBNS.
The staff are very thorough and kind. My doctor is very patient when explaining a procedure to me and even visited me in the hospital after my second surgery. His PA also visited me in the hospital and explained things to me in very easy to understand terms. I am very satisfied with the care I received at UBNS.
Dr Mullen and this entire group are absolutely excellent. I wish they had an email address to ask a couple questions though. The one question is how do I get a activation code for the portal. I can't make an account without it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
