Dr. Goodrich is fine as a physician; however, communication with her staff is impossible. The receptionist whose name starts with a C is particularly difficult and causes undue conflict due to her acting like she is the doctor. She makes statements she should not be making and asks questions she should not be asking. She also doesn't communicate to the doctor the reason that you called. Beware.

Least qualified doctor I e ever encountered

I've been with Dr. Goodrich for four plus years now and always found her to be very caring.

I was her patient when her office was in Boiceville/Woodstock and stayed with her when she moved.

I was seeing Anita Goodrich for a while and she was great while I was seeing her. She took her time with visits, listened to me, and didn't rush me out the door like most doctors would. But once she left the practice she completely abandoned me without my medication. It has been months of me trying to update my medication and feeling horrible side effects from having to completely stop at some points because I would run out and not be able to pick up from the pharmacy because she never updated my prescriptions. I also found out that many people have experienced these issues with her as well. She left a lot of people without their medications and it shows that she is not invested in her patients health.

I find Dr Goodrich to be a great doctor. She takes her time and explains everything and really listens when you to talk to her. I like that she is open minded and compassionate and that she has a nice way about her.

After some dizzy spells and occasional heart palpitations I made an appointment to see my doctor Anita Goodrich MD for a check up. I was given an appointment six weeks ahead at 8:30 AM Nov. 6th. I arrived at 8:25, registered with the receptionist and was waiting to be called in, while hearing to the giggling, laughing and chit-chats of the nurses behind the walls. No other patients were around until 8:40 when a man showed up and was let in right away. When I asked why, I was told he had an 8AM appointment. By 9AM I demanded an answer for how much longer the wait will be. Annoyed, the receptionist fetched DR GOODRICH who let me in, only to tell me she will not see me because I raised my voice at the receptionist and she turned away. I waited for a few more minutes, hoping Dr. Goodrich will come back and fulfill her professional duty, or any of the nurses will show up, but unfortunately I was totally ignored. I realized Dr. Goodrich was serious about refusing to see me, so I left. As a 65 year old women, with dizzy spells and heart palpitations, it is concerning that my primary "care" physician refused to see me, and never bothered to find out what was wrong with me medically. Do yourself a favor and get a doctor who really cares.

I just had my annual physical. Dr. Goodrich is quite thorough. She also receptive to my concerns about my health. thank you, Dr. Goodrich.

Dr. Goodrich was marvelous in the exam room. Attentive, thoughtful. The office, though, is a nightmare. I can't get callbacks. I left three messages trying to get my prescriptions called in (promised the day of the exam), the result of my labs, and a prescription for a colonoscopy. Two weeks later she finally called in my prescriptions. Three weeks later someone finally called with my labs, but the woman was not a nurse, clearly, was reading from a script, and had to spell the unfamiliar-to-her word "legume." She said she'd "activate my prescription" for the colonoscopy (again?), and when I asked how long I should wait for it not to be called in, a month? She said no, two weeks. So you call the office, get a call center, wait 10-15 minutes because you quickly learn that, despite what they say, no one will ever call you back -- and you leave a message, and no one calls you back. This is the worst office I've ever had to deal with and I'm changing ASAP.
