List of David G Steiner's Reviews
Dr. Steiner is a warm, caring, and brilliant doctor who played a tremendous role in bringing my sister back to health. He took the time to speak to other physicians, order the appropriate tests, and communicate to the patient and her caregivers with patience and understanding. His warmth, compassion, empathy and medical expertise make him an excellent neurologist who has so much to offer.
My son James had a significant seizure in May. His entire body was impacted negatively. Dr Steiner took the time to review his entire medical history and then he moved forward with appropriate tests. He took his time to speak to my son and asked relevant questions. He developed a rapport with my son and made him feel valued. Dr. Steiner also worked with us regarding medicine, he listened to our concerns and we had real conversations. He really helped my son and was a pleasure to work with.
I have never had a worst experience at a dr’s office in my life This practice is a one big mess, I waited 2 (!!!) hours to get in - the dr couldn’t care less, the dr was taking care of business while I was in the room, people coming in and out, he was taking (business!!! ) phone calls , his room is messy and dirty full of phones and garbage. The dr, is rude, unprofessional and more than anything else - did not answer any of my questions, he shut me up every time I wanted to ask something and I ended up leaving the same as I came just poorer (by his fee) and wasted a half day of work. Had to call a different dr as soon as I left his clinic to make a new appointment. I cannot describe this better, this place is horrible and the dr is the worst dr. I have seen. On top of it, he charged me $300 for this useless visit. I will highly recommend staying away. The staff were very nice !
This was by far one of the worst medical facilities I’ve ever entered. The service was terrible, and I was treated poorly. They had piles of trash in the hallways. When I was getting examined, my doctor was watching YouTube in the background. I felt like he did not care about my well-being and or mental health. Overall miserable experience. The only reason why I went was because of the convenience of the location. Otherwise I do not suggest going there at all.
I take my son to Dr. Steiner due to him having ADHD. The first visit was ridiculous. We spent over 2 hours in the waiting room. We go into the back and wait another 45 minutes. We go back two weeks later for testing, sit in the waiting room for over a hour for them to tell me the machine is broken and they are "trying" to fix it and it could be about another hour or so. I leave. We go back for another followup. The PA we saw that day was wonderful. She prescribed my son a medication that my insurance wouldn't cover because of the dosage was high for my son age. Dosage usually goes by the weight of the patient. My son is a little chunky and his dosage needs to be higher. When I heard from the pharmacy what the issue was on why they couldn't fill the prescription I immediately called the office so that they could fix it for me. The office manager Ramona was rude and nasty. The lady that gets the authorization for medication and procedures was huffing and puffing when I was explaining to her what my issue was she also was VERY nasty to me. I will never bring my son back to that office. I suggest that if you are reading this you don't go there either. I m also going to report this office to any and everyone who will listen. They showed me that they don't care about my child.
Gilda is wonderful and I enjoy being in her care. With that said, if you seek medical assistance due to disability of some kind, I recommend another doctor. After being a patient for six months, I was informed by the front desk staff that there is an upfront charge of $75 minimum to have disability forms completed. It is something they apparently just started doing, and the fee alone is obscene enough. To add insult to injury, the manner in which I was informed was rude and careless; it was more like an afterthought. You would think that a staff that deals with disabled people would at least be sensitive in delivering this new and difficult policy— disability certainly doesn’t pay very much. To be told that everyone behind the counter is just a messenger may be factual, but it’s the delivery of the message I had a problem with, in addition to the news itself. And then to be told that while I need to pay $75, it won’t be done for two weeks made me really upset. This office is in desperate need of bedside manner and a big sign on the door letting people know these things because it is simply not done with urgency or affordable, especially if you depend on disability to survive. Half the time it’s done incorrectly, making it harder for patients with neurological problems to keep up with. I hate to say that I’ll be looking for a new neurologist today, but I will be. Making extra money off the needs of the disabled is so unconscionable, I’ll be surprised if it’s legal.
Great place
My parent visited this office. They had a horrible experience. Waited 2 hours to be called then once they were called waited another 30+ mins more. The office looked unorganized, paperwork out in the open and everywhere in the dr office. The doctor himself spoke very rudely to his staff members. This office was going to give them therapy before a diagnosis, like what?? All the technicians and people in the front were great. That's it.
Made me wait 2 hours in the office for no reason. Told me my prescription would be ready by Monday night. I come to pick it up Wednesday and they never sent it. Woth gas as expensive as it is I can't be coming to my pharmacy like I was able to. I was calling over 13 times and they took them 3 hours to send it in while I'm stuck at the pharmacy as I kept recalling for them to keep hanging up on me. Do they care? Obviously not.
Worst place to deal with.the front dest they're very unprofessional first visit had me waiting 4 hours to see a doctor... when call to make appointment they have you waiting 30min and more.then hang up on you they're don't seems to know what they doing. Don't waste your time going there I left to go to a next doctor to getting treatment for back and shoulder.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
