Dr. Gary Goldenberg's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gary Goldenberg has magic hands and a fantastic bedside manner. He will explain everything in detail and is measured in his approach. I felt at ease and have no fear of him overdoing something. All of your questions will be answered with care and a smile. His staff is friendly, informed and professional as well. A great experience and highly recommended.

Dr.Goldenberg is a nice guy but he prescribed me Seysara which is a Tetracycline. I was not properly warned about the side effects I started taking it when I was 17 and it did help with my acne but my hairline started to recede and I woke up one day after training like all the other days I do and my shoulder was in excruciating pain. One of the side effects of Tetracycline is tendonitis I was NOT told about those side effects and if I were told I would have not taken them. It hurt when I ran or even slightly moved it I am 19 now and I am still dealing with the tendonitis in my right shoulder although it is getting better I very much should have been told about this possibility because for me it was a reality.

What can I say other than, Dr. Gary Goldenberg is the best dermatologist I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and I'm confident in saying probably the best in NYC. His bedside manner is top-notch, so kind, and informative. He was to the point and honest with his answers to my questions, but delivered the info with a sense of ease and gentleness. Made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands from the first moment we interacted. I came in for the removal of some skin tags around and on my neck, and it was so quick and painless, I didn't even notice he was doing anything. Beyond that, the office is very nice and elegant, made me feel comfortable and at ease. I don't know how to say this without sounding superficial, but there is always something refreshing to me when I walk into a Dr or Dentist's office and I see modern and/or new equipment and technology, I felt that at the Goldenberg's space. The lady working the front desk was friendly and everything was so quick and easy

I haven't had any procedures with his wife, but from what I've read in the other reviews it seems like she might be even nicer than him (not sure how that's possible) and equally skilled. Dr. Kristina Goldenberg has become my go-to dermatologist in New York City. I have been seeing Dr. Goldenberg for the last year and a half and have never had anything less than an amazing experience. She and her husband run such a clean and beautiful boutique office. She listens, answers all questions, and her staff are equally amazing. I can not recommend her enough. Even during the pandemic I was hesitant to see any doctors but after my last visit she has made the space feel beyond comfortable.

I went to Dr. Gary Goldenberg after seeing 5 different dermatologists in 10 days.I had severe rash and nobody knew what to do with me.Dr.Goldenberg made a diagnosis right away,prescribed the proper treatment and spent a lot of time answering my questions and reassuring me.He is very knowledgeable,has excellent bedside manners.I work in health care myself and you don’t meet doctors like him often.Its easy to rich him over the phone if you have any questions.The office staff is extremely friendly and nice and make you feel welcome.If you are looking for excellent dermatologist ,Dr.Gary Goldenberg is the one you want to go to.

Excellent doctor,very knowledgeable,spent a lot of time with the patient.I went to him as the last resort,after going to 5 different dermatologist within10 days and nobody knew what to do with my rash.Dr.Goldenberg made a diagnosis right away and prescribed proper treatment He is the best dermatologist I've seen in years!

Dr.Gary Goldenberg was the 5th dermatologist I saw in 10 days,I had severe rash and nobody knew what to do with it.Dr.Goldenberg made the diagnosis right away,prescribed the proper treatment and spent a lot of time explaining the course of treatment and regimen.He is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice person who really spent time with the patient.I will definitely go back to him and recommend him to anyone who wants to be seen by excellent doctor who can give the proper diagnosis and treatment right away.And his office staff is excellent as well and you don’t have to spent 2 hours waiting to be seen.You are being seen within10 minutes after you come in.
