I truly prefer tele health visit with Cordial Psychiatry. No hassle with transportation. I feel.like I am in the office. It is much more convenient. I get excellent service from providers as well as staff who reminds me of upcoming appointments.

They seem to only want easy patients here. If your dog died or u get bullied at work and cant cope they'll put you on an antidepressant. They dont handle real problems here.

First and foremost, this place does not genuinely care about their patients mental health. My chief reason for this review is to address NP Nop. Over a year ago, she was making errors with my medication, and when I expressed my frustration with her via message, she reacted unprofessional. I called the office immediately to address what had happened, and to request another provider. They, in turn, said it’s not up to you to change. I said, fine. I never returned. However, recently I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and return, because miscommunication does happen. I called and scheduled an appointment to see NP Nop. Following day, I receive a phone call from Zara saying Nop does not want to provide care and requested to switch me to another provider. In response, I expressed my frustration and mentioned at how unprofessional that truly is. That to me is utterly disgusting and I would advise anyone seeking mental health services to cautiously consider this particular clinic. Shameful!

On my first visit it was excellent. Ms. Loor is caring, skilled, and extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything to me, and I felt extremely grateful. Highly recommended.
