Decent companyProsyou get to be closer with sick family or friends.They do ok when it comes to getting things done for loved onesCons1 Communication is key when it comes to working at any job. Its hard to get things done when service representative at yonkers dont answer the phone for personal care Assistants.(it takes personal care Assistants to call corporate to get any answers)2 some service representatives say they are gonna give personal care Assistants paper work for thing like unemployment but some personal care Assistants have yet to receive the documents. Its not hard all you have to do is e-mail the paper work to the personal care Assistant. In this covid 19 epidemic it is very important for us as a community to look out for one another as human beings.In closing This company is an ok company but they need to get more organized.

My grandmother has been with Accent Care for about a year now; they tend to pull the permanent aide (6hrs/day 7 days a wk) for other jobs and trainings without any prior notifications. This has probably occurred 6 or more times and they always say sorry we’ll give you prior notification and then they do it again. Her aide texts me right before she leaves to say she won’t be in the next day and that the agency should have told me. Well if you can text me before you leave, you can tell me when you find out. Not very professional on all parts and disappointed.

I've been a client with them for almost a year. Almost a dozen times these people have refused to pay me my proper hours. It the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. The worst business. They don't care about resolving the issue at all.
