Decent after hours service. Clean, waiting rooms. Excellent front desk, very quick to process. Wait times for the Dr once processed are pretty long though.

Very professional and great care for the children! The hours are very convenient and plenty of parking available! The wait to be seen isn’t long but reasonable considering you are waiting w/a great crowd of other parents and children! PM Pediatrics is my staple for my child when they are sick!

The place to go when you want to avoid Emergency room visits and long waits. At PM Peds you will receive the same treatments but in a faster service and receive a quicker diagnosis: theres no long lines or long waits. Easy check ins with the app, great and friendly staffs, clean facility . Dr. explains everything to you and listens to what you have to say. Discharge is quick and simple. A lot of spots to park your vehicle. Very convenient. Will go back again!

We had a great experience at this location. The online scheduling system was easy to use and we had zero wait time upon arrival. Our child was seen immediately and treated for the croup. The staff and clinician were friendly and regularly came in to check on our child throughout the post-treatment observation period. Discharge was quick. So much better than going to the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital ER!

I would love to know why they make it seem like walk in are welcome most certainly not. They really try for you to make an apt. What is the point of being an urgent care n walk in are welcome if they look so frustrated when you say you don't have an apt. The look she gave me when she had to explain the wait and process was priceless. I rather go to the emergency room n wait there.

Looking for a COVID test. Website says yes and available. Use a third party app they leverage to schedule, add insurance info, birthday, etc. lock in a day/time and get text messages as reminders, check in, etc. i go to front desk and lady says no adults anymore. What a joke! Shouldn’t they know based on my birthday submitted? Shouldn’t website say this? Waste of time. Poorly managed. Awful place. Must learn how to communicate and coordinate properly. Very telling on how they run their business.

The best place to take your child when there Doctor isn't available or closed, The staff is super friendly,caring, and you don't wait long to see a Doctor, The longest I ever waited was 5 minutes, And the office is always clean and kid friendly, I love the huge giraffe they have in the waiting room so cute, I recommend this place to all mom's!

This place is amazing. Dr. Best's name is truly fitting, he is the absolute best. He went above and beyond assisting me with a complicated matter for my child. So efficient and diligent. 10 stars if possible. He went so far out of his way to get an issue resolved. There really are great people in this world. Thank You Dr. Best and all the amazing staff. Greatly appreciated.
