I have been seeing Christopher Palines for the past 4-5 years and have tremendous respect and trust under his continuous care. Autumn always takes the detailed follow up with care and concern which is always appreciated. Nicole’s understanding of us, the patient, and reaching out always to make sure we are taken care of. The current front office of Graciella and Zhane Is extremely courteous, and very understanding. Thank you Schweiger 🙏🏼

Charging me $80 for two five minute visits where they did nothing but tell me to take pills I had to pay for. Shocker, the pills didn’t work for the skin condition. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The two times that I've been here, this office has rushed me out the door and downplayed any of my issues. If you're not coming here for some overpriced, superficial procedure, and you don't have a luxury health care plan - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

I don’t know what happened. This place used to be great and so accommodating. But with my last experience I might be looking for a new dermatologist. Which sucks because the office is nice and the doctors are very nice as well. My complaint is about the office staff. Their communication is so poor, so if you have an issue with a prescription good luck figuring that out. Hopefully they send it to the pharmacy you request and not wherever they feel like it. They don’t respond quickly, don’t even pick up the phone, you have to stick to messaging them. Which is also a gamble because hopefully you get someone competent and not some medical assistant that wants to give you a response so she can say she did her job instead of actually helping you. Just so frustrating to deal with that the appointment itself with the doctor being good does not make up for.
