My overall experience at this office with Chris Paliner and staff was exceptional! Everyone from the time you enter the office to the medical service received were professional pleasant and kind!

Stay well clear of Melissa Rosenhan she is a disgrace to the practice. I made an appointment for a concerning issue and was told the visit would cost $200 she spent less that 3 minutes with me completely dismissed my concerns the whole time she was just starting at an iPad and then had the audacity to bill me another $225 saying I had a 29 minute appointment. I can only imagine how much she's ripping off insurance companies for.

Receptionist was super nice. However, The service from the doctor was terrible. Felt rushed, just told me the name of what I have didn't explain what it is, what causes it, how to prevent it when I asked she looked at me like I asked the most dumbest question ever. Every time I'll ask a question she would have an attitude. Tried giving her the benefit of the doubt because she's pregnant but being pregnant doesn't equivalent to being rude and unprofessional

I don't really like to give reviews but for the way me and my daughter was treated it was disgusting. My appointment was @11:50 someone else came in his was @12 and 2 more guest which was @12:30 and ect. They put my daughter and I in a room waiting for a very very long time they took the other patients that came after us. So I was wondering why the came after us and got through before us. So I started to complain and was getting ready to get tf out of there of course Ms Melissa Rosenhan came out with an attitude talking about if we want to reschedule we can, her attitude was nasty. My daughter was like like no cause we are already here so let's just wait . She didn't even spend two mins good in the room with us she just suggested what to used and didn't even know the cause of what was the problem. I felt like it was because of our skin color because the other patients that came after us was Caucasian like herself. I wish I could give zero stars.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever came arosss .. this visit was suppose to have been my first .. I call the day of my appointment to confirm the time .. the told me the time of the appointment and didn’t mention that it was cancel !!! I made so much arrangements where I had to pay for someone to watch my kids bring them outside in the rain then I had to waste money on a cab only to get the office .. trying to enter the office witch was locked .. i called only to get told that my appointment was cancel and the office is close … I am soooo pisseed offf … don’t go here !! 08/17/23
