Doctor has seen me many times. The small talk before he gets down to the real reason for the visit is calming. How he remembers last months small talk is beyond me. He seems to have a real concern for my family who he has met only once or twice. He is always optimistic about the outcome of the treatment. His skill at minimizing the pain of injections and drawing blood leaves a good taste in one’s mouth. I actually look forward to my visits.

I am so happy that my dad's primary referred him to Dr. El-Masry. My dad was having an issue and Dr. El-Masry saw him the next day. His staff even gave us an early appointment, which dad loves. Dad's previous urologist wouldn't even see him for more than a week. Dr. El-Masry is very compassionate and listens to the patients concerns and worries. His staff is very accommodating and friendly. The office is clean. The only reason I didn't five him 5 stars is the waiting and I wish the tv was turned onto a gameshow network. Who wants to sit there and wait and having to hear gloom and doom from Cablevision news.

Another satisfying visit this week. Office location has changed but easy to find a few blocks away. Clean well lighted and comfortable. Same great patient treatment from Dr el Masry and his pleasant professional staff.
