I went last year to have my vericose veins removed but had to postpone due to an emergency. He is very friendly, welcoming, and explains everything. You can ask questions and he will answer them. The office is very clean and the girls are sweet. I would highly recommend him.

What a wonderful Doctor .. kind , soft spoken , he will tell you the good and the bad side of things he took very good care of my mother during her hospital stay he really cares about his patients... I would recommend him to anyone...Thank you Dr Porecca

Dr. Porreca operated on my 89 year old mother 5 times in 3 years to try and save her leg. The final time he operated it wasn’t until I called him 2 days later to ask why was my mother’s leg was turning purple and he was not even aware of it because he did not follow up. My mother passed away from complications. My point is he loves to schedule the operation but he doesn’t do the operation or follow up. 5 bypasses in 3 years was excessive on my 89 year old mother. It seemed he was making money from it all the operations.
