The therapists and the facility were great the central billing is absolutely terrible. Since March I have received multiple bills all with different amounts due. Each time I call I’m told the bill is wrong and they will send an updated one. Just received another bill 8 month after I finished therapy and paid what I was told was the correct amount in August. They cannot explain why I am receiving another bill now and have no record of all the other wrong bills they sent me. When I asked about a payment plan the person was very condescending and asked you can’t pay that amount?

Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapists and therapy assistants is warm and welcoming. They work well together and with youthe client. Therapists are very knowledgeable. My PT has been very helpful and I am making progress each week. I highly recommend Ivy PT Yorktown.

I was totally pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the therapy program at Ivy Rehab. My therapist Caroline immediately assessed my needs and created an effective strategy that addressed not only the area of concern but the supporting adjacent areas. On a follow up visit my surgeon stated that my recovery was way ahead of the projected timeframe. The combination of targeted therapy as well as a home exercise routine that was modified and intensified along the way and placed on an easy to follow Phone App enabled me to regain full mobility and return to tennis golf cardio and weight training all pain free and with full mobility.

I am very pleased with my results from IvyRehab. My therapist is terrific and extremely knowledge and the onsite therapy along with doing my exercises at home are really helping. I would absolutely recommend them
