List of Yorktown Dental Group, Llp's Reviews
Dr. Greene and Dr. Indriolo are excellent dentists whom I highly recommend. They take the time to answer any questions or concerns, there is plenty of parking, and the front office staff is fantastic.
Friendly and great dental care
I visited this dental office on April 21, 2025, and paid $316 in total — $164 for that day’s visit and $152 for a previous visit on March 31, 2025, as instructed by their billing office. After reviewing my paperwork at home, I discovered that the March 31 visit was actually billed for only $50, and the extra $102 came from a charge dated 2016, almost ten years ago. When I called the office on April 22 to request a refund of the incorrect $102, the billing staff refused and insisted I still owed that amount. I explained that it was an old billing mistake that should have been corrected, but they ignored my request. Because of the deceitful overcharge, I filed a billing dispute with my credit card company, and after reviewing the evidence, they issued a $102 credit back to my account. This confirmed that the dental office’s charge was invalid and deceptive. In addition, after my 4/21 appointment, I immediately experienced sensitivity in three teeth where fillings were placed. When I called the office that same afternoon, the staff was unfriendly and refused to schedule a correction appointment free of charge. I eventually had to seek treatment elsewhere with ProHealth Dental to fix the issue. Overall, this experience showed dishonest billing practices and poor patient care. I strongly recommend reviewing your bills carefully and confirming all charges before making any payments at this office.
This is one of the worst, outdated general dental practices I’ve ever been to. I went to this practice, because the previous dentist didn’t have the tools to service “Nobel Select Implants” from 2010 and this facility did. I was basically at their mercy. I needed two crowns over two implants, tooth 4 & 5, the dentist refused to use a ”wand scanner” and then I knew I was going to be in deep trouble. I went back so many times to get the problem fixed, exhausted and endless pain…an understatement. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I regretfully write this review, as I loved Dr. Greene. He was an excellent Dentist, but I just left this office after what is arguably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Young female dentist, rude and offensive when I addressed the route I was choosing to take with my tooth and my means of prevention. I will never return. Finding a new dentist and office.
Excellent experience and would highly recommend! The first dentist I have ever been to where I don’t have a cavity/something wrong every visit… they make you truly feel like they have your best interests in mind. Will be back!
The novel is for the owners to read. Not only is this place dingy and dated. But the wenches in the back office make your experience that much worse. Melissa, the office manager is by far the most unprofessional person to deal with. She’s just a miserable person. I’m not sure how I went there for 2 years, as they do not value their patients. They don’t even greet you with a smile. You walk in and you feel like you’re a burden for checking in to your appointment. Donna is another miserable one with her monotoned voice. They took 6 months to get an approval from my insurance company (Aetna), about getting a crown replaced- (last one was 5years ago- so it was going to get approved) because they weren’t on top of the claims, and I had to keep calling to check on the status it got dragged out way longer then necessary. Then, when I asked what’s taking so long she said “you’re not the only patient here” lmao I’ve been waiting 6 months, not 6 weeks for an approval to get a crown replaced that their doctor broke in the first place when performing a scaling. Then, when it was magically approved (following my follow up when I was questioning them), we scheduled appointments in November/December. When I had showed up, they “accidentally” canceled my appointments because I requested a release of records to another office. They just assumed I no longer needed my current appointments, they didn’t even call to ask. They winded up taking me and putting a temporary crown, which fell out the same day. When I went back to get another temporary the next day they said they were doing the crown, which I had no time for(2hr apt) if they were organized and told me ahead of time, I would have planned accordingly for the additional time. They had no availability in the first place, they just are poorly organized.. next apt had to be in January as they were booked. Fine no big deal, I have great insurance. But we dropped my secondary insurance .. the price doubled to $600 out of pocket. So, I asked as a courtesy, to honor the out of pocket of $300 seeing that it’s been their screw up in the first place on multiple occasions..they said no and were just nasty about it (As if they’re not making enough from my insurance). I understand things happen, to be rude and disrespectful to your patients is bad enough, but to also not honor anything because they’re too cheap to take a little loss on their mistakes is just bad business. (They aren’t even really taking a loss, my insurance pays them at a higher premium then others do- and I would still be paying out of pocket) If I just went to a better dentist sooner this wouldn’t have been an issue. . AVOID THIS GROSS DINGY OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I started going to NORTHERN WESTCHESTER DENTAL CARE, I should have went sooner. Their office is friendly, professional, clean , modern, and they use the latest dental techniques and technology. Why go to a dingy place with nasty office staff?? RUN!
This place is amazing , caring and Personable . The staff is amazing and Dr. Connelly is just as amazing .
Always punctual and friendly.
