On March 6th I brought my grandson to the ER, with horrible gagging, belly pain and a ear infection that just wouldn’t go away. This had been going on for weeks. His pediatrician just kept dismissing me. The Er doc wanted to send us home with stronger antibiotics and Pepcid. I told her I wanted another doc. I needed answers. She walked out and Dr. Gupta walked in, I wanted to cry I knew he would figure out what was wrong. He had saved my sons life 20 years ago. So I knew we were in amazing hands. He ordered a ct scan of his ear to see if the infection had matasized in to his bone. They found a ping [ong ball size tumor in his brain. I own this man my life. He will forever be my hero !!!!

He is by far the most through Dr I have ever encountered. Dr Gupta is friendly and compassionate and takes the time to listen to his patients, I wish that he wasn't just an ER Dr so that I could take my children to him as a primary care physician. We need more Drs like him!

Dr. Gupta was incredible... the best pediatric doctor we've ever seen! We were at Akron Children's Urgent Care and instead of invasively coming in the exam room and making my little one more upset, he playfully knocked and peeked around the corner several times before entering, and then kept his distance for a minute before approaching my little one. You don't find bedside manner like that very often! I will remember that gentle and kind interaction for the rest of my life. Thank you Dr. Gupta!

Dr. Gupta saw our daughter in the ER following a 105.4 degree fever. After running minimal tests (X-ray for intestional blockage and cath for UTI) and refusing our requests for blood work/further screening, sent us home with the diagnosis of "virus, probably." Two days later we were back in the emergency room where it was quickly discovered our daughter has Kawasaki and would have died had we stayed home. She's now at risk for serious complications because treatment delays by Guptas negligence.
