List of Brightview Akron Addiction Treatment Center's Reviews
As a prior employee,I was terminated and not given any reason why. No warning nothing. Upper HR management called a site during the day asked an Operations Director to be a witness having to be thrown in to something she didn’t even know about nor did she want a part of to terminate me. Honestly I am baffled and hurt to be terminated and not to be given a reason of at least why. The job was reposted in less than 10 hours after they terminated me. So no I would not recommend this company.( All of this after my 30 day review was great and the Director of HR said she had heard nothing but great things about me,not to mention the letter I got on Friday for Employee Appreciation day thanking me and saying what an asset I was. ) It’s said when someone is terminated for no reason when I tried to do things by the book and reached out to make sure I was doing the right thing.
Awesome people... sober 8 months and didn't think I'd make it a week..I totally recommend Brite view to quit drinking alcohol... 100 percent!!!
I didnt mean to post a review i looked the number up and it most of put the one star review
They are good for what they are there for.
Just like everything in life things take time and these people take their time to help you and sometimes you may think it's longer than necessary but stick with it they have an awesome map program unlike any I've ever heard of these wonderful people are Lifesavers and they will help you just give them a chance these things take time not only will they comfort you they'll feed you etc with my experience it seems to be you will never be judged whatever you're ready give these people a chance they'll save your life I promise!!!!
As a former employee I would not recommend Brightview to anyone. The individuals at your local office are probably caring people that just want but to help but that is outweighed by corporate pushing unnecessary services and overprescribing medications to milk insurance companies. A good example; I was written up for not seeing someone via telehealth when we confirmed they had a temperature of over 100 degrees and were having other physical symptoms of illness such as vomiting. This person did not need to be seen that day, they had a legitimate excuse to not be seen, they showed up to get medication. This is just one of the many experience that showed me Brightview does not care about the individual but instead cares only for the money.
The pathway to a bright view of tomorrow! If you've had enough and jumped through all the hoops, Def gives back what you put in
The staffs are very nice and professional. My only complaint is the waiting is to long they need to think of a better way to improve that.
Ive been three times so far and have been treated extremely well, hope.to continue going
Puts totally detoxed person, who was doing great on the meds they were currently on, feeling good, looking good, excited for their future again, plans made, ambitious again, spending time with their family, happy, eating well, calm, back on a DRUG they had previously been addicted to....WHY????? NOW that person has done a total about face!! They are once again sleeping their life away, jittery, strung out!!! WHY????? You set these people up to FAIL!!! WHY would you do this to someone??????

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
