List of Bryan O'connell's Reviews
I'm a kidney transplant patient and I take my health fairly seriously. I was ill twice and both times I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Oconnell or any of his associates, they sent me to a PA in another office. The first time I took it with a grain of salt, the second time after talking to a PA and getting a script that I took and still wasn't much better my wife called and again they sent me to a different office to see another PA, who said she would give me another antibiotic if I felt that that would help. Finally went to an ENT who diagnoses me with thrush all down my throat gave me a script, now I'm doing much better after 3 weeks of not being treated properly in the first place. Moving to a new and better Dr. hopefully!
I've been seeing Dr O'Connell for several years now and he is one Dr I can count on to actually listen to what I am saying and he is very thorough. I'm glad to say he's my Dr
This rating includes my recent experience with both Dr. O'Connell and his support staff. The support staff was given my insurance information, yet failed to properly communicate the info to the lab to properly bill my lab tests. The first failure. The Dr. also failed to inquire with me and/or my endocrinologist concerning my thyroid before ordering a new unnecessary test. Failure # 2. Lastly, my next appointment was miss-scheduled to a date where the Dr. would not be available. They wanted to reschedule another 6 weeks out to next availability. Last fail, they were fired.
He listens to me. Told me that I know my body better than anyone else. So if I say something is wrong he does his best to find the best solution.
Very thankful to be a patient in his practice after losing a beloved family physician to cancer. Our entire family appreciates Dr. O'Connell's kindness, his ability to listen to our concerns, and his skill in medicine.
A new breed of young, enthusiastic, highly intelligent and individual-centered primary care physicians that sets a refreshingly high bar for what I believe has been lacking, and yet most desired among patients in their selection of providers. Truly one of a kind: good to be the one at the top, yet still disappointing that more in the profession aren't like him. A new and long overdue re-emergence of the one-man, one-focus approach who listens, and asks meaningful questions as a care partner.
I really like the fact Dr. O’Connell will spend time with you and actually listen to you. He doesn’t make you feel like you are a bother to him. Even though he spends the time with you....you don’t have a wait time in his office. Great job on the schedulers!! Kudos!
Dr. O'Connell is rude, unprofessional and far from patient-centered care or assistance.
Best Doctor in the world because he is very concern about his clients.
Very happy with Dr. O'Connell. After years of unhappy with previous family doctors office, I switched. Happy with my choice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
