Dr. Diulus is unable to keep her commitments. I was scheduled for an 8:20 appointment; I arrived five minutes early, yet after accepting my $75 copay was refused to be seen. Dr. Diulus demands that her patients arrive at least 30 minutes early. I wish I was told this before I drove an hour to see her. (I guess her time is much more valuable than her patients’).

I have been to other surgerns and I feel Dr. Carrie Diulus will operate only when needed. I can trust her judgment and her knowledge. I have peace of mind knowing I'm a patient of hers.

The whole experience from registration to discharge was exceptional. All of the nurses were caring and attentive. A nurse would be to the room within a few minutes when I called for them. Dr Diulus is not only an exceptional surgeon, she is an exceptional person as well. She came to see me pre-surgery twice to explain everything and to just check on me. The surgery went very well with only moderate pain due to the way the procedure was done. I am only a few days past 2 weeks and I am completely healed. I had the same procedure done in 2015 and it took nearly 2 months for me to heal. I have no symptoms as far as the chronic pain I was experiencing pre-surgery. I am so pleased that I had the opportunity to have Dr Diulus as the surgeon that treated me. A+. I will recommend anyone I talk to that has back problems to her and the Crystal Clinic.

Dr Diulus always provides ample time to explain procedures and conditions of my spine in a professional manner She also takes the time to understand all of my health and personal issues, taking those into account when recommending anything. She’s an excellent surgeon and diagnostician.

She did recommended to try some options rather than surgery being the only option.

Dr. Carrie Diulus is the most professional surgeon you will ever find. I find her knowledge in my situation was outstanding. She only operates if it’s absolutely necessary which if what I was looking for! I appreciate her being straight forward and honest with my diagnosis. I fully trusted her and her surgical skills. Reception was very welcoming. As was the nurse who took me to the exam room and the xray technician was very nice. The doctor basically came partially in the room didn't even shut the door and asked me where I hurt. Then ordered an x-ray. I had to walk through the waiting room wearing the paper shorts I had to put on for the X-ray . I have never had to do that at any doctors office. I was taken back to the exam room and they told me that I would be needing an MRI and that I could get dressed and leave. When I inquired as to if I was getting an exam the doctor hollered in the room that my x-ray was good and that was it.The doctor never so much as looked at me except for when I first got there to ask me where it hurt and without any exam telling me what she thought it might be. I've been dealing with a chronic back issue for 5 years and it was very emotional for me to yet again not be taken seriously and just have another doctor just go through the motions ordering tests exedra. I was too upset to stay and schedule another appointment and I don't even believe anyone even knew that I had left.

Dr Diulus is one of the best orthopedic spine specialists I have come across. I am a PT and Ortho pretty much flows in my blood. She is very compassionate and shared all relevant information about my case and made me feel like I was her own family. In her own words quote “If you were my Dad, that’s exactly How I would advise you”. What a personable compliment! I could not have asked for a better ortho specialist for my back.
