List of Community Health Care Manchester's Reviews
Horrible practice. Don’t waste your time. Find a doctor that cares and an office staff that is competent. Unfortunately you will not find it at Community Health Care!
The doctors are great but a few of the office help are terrible. Especially Hannah. You should monitor calls
Scheduled for appts I was never told about, and then dismissed from the practice for it. My appt was canceled for it, and then received a letter saying j still have 30 days to be seen. Makes no sense. The walls are paper thin so there's NO SECRETS THERE! Never addressed by the doctor or NP since I never saw a doctor, for half of the issues I came in for. Not recommended. Not even a little. Would have better luck ANYWHERE ELSE.
Excellent staff and doctor !
The staff and Doctors are great! Very polite and always make sure everything is taken care of before you leave.
I was shocked to see my husband's Medicare Summary regarding his annual wellness check up. There was an added charge for Alcohol misuse screening (15 minutes billable). I was confused as he was only there for his annual check up. The billing dept said that he was asked a question about whether he used alcohol...(required by Medicare, she said) We were not told this question was a billable service which causes RED flags...how many other services that are not disclosed is charged to Medicare? I will be calling Medicare to confirm that they require this service as part of the annual Wellness appointment.
Always pleasant. Very professional.
My last two appointments here were cancelled by Community Health Care and I was asked to reschedule. I ran out of an important medication over Labor day weekend, so I called to see if I could at least get a partial refill to get me by until I could come in to be seen and I was told they wouldn't do it because I hadn't been seen since January. Well that's because you keep cancelling my appointments. An employee that I spoke to told me she would call me back and let me know if they could do anything for me, but of course they never got back to me and now the office is closed for the day. It was obvious she didn't want to deal with my issue and she was just trying to get me off the phone instead of trying to understand my dilemma. The medication I take is not supposed to be abruptly stopped, but now who knows how long I will have to wait to get it refilled. I guess I have no choice but to go in whenever they can get me in so I can get back on my medication, but after that I will definitely be looking for a new doctor.
Horrible office staff. Dr Patel is great, but the office staff is terrible. Go somewhere else, dont waste your time at this place.
My son needed a refill in an important medication. After 3 days of the pharmacy trying to get an approval I finally called the office because my son was now out of his medicine. I left a message with the nurse who understood the urgency. After a couple hours I called pharmacy and they had not gotten approval. I called the office and was told that if he gets to it today then pharmacy would be called. I explained that my son was out of the medicine but received the same response. Needless to say he never got the time to call the pharmacy. Very unprofessional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
