Dr. Noel is the BEST. My wife and I both had a total reverse shoulder done. He is very professional and yet has time to talk with you and is interested in you and what you have to say. Never pushes surgery, gives you the facts and the decision is up to you. Needless to say we think he is great.

Straight forward communication. Told me something different than the other Dr I went to. I trust his opinion. I was worried that because he's a surgeon he'd want to cut but it was the opposite. Very happy with the entire experience.

I was very pleased with my visit yesterday. The nurse, Elise, was thorough and informative. The PA shared exrays and gave me a shot in my shoulder . It was a pleasant visit and I am looking forward to see how this shot does, anything to avoid surgery.this 😀.

Dr. Noel is an excellent surgeon. He always provides as much time as you need to answer questions and concerns. He is easy to talk to and is relatable which eases the stress of the situation. I felt he truly cared about me and understood me. I highly recommend Dr. Noel for your orthopedic needs.

I don't think you can find a better experience that leads to surgery. ALL the staff do a remarkable job to inform you and do it in a way that makes you feel comfortable. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Wonderful care. Dr Noel and his nurse practitioner, Michelle listens to your concerns and explains everything well. I have several problems and I feel that the doctors and nurses here coordinate your care carefully. I definitely recommend Dr. Noel & Crystal Clinic.
