I wish I would of read his reviews before I let this man do anything to me, I'm worse now than I was before!!! HE'S VERY RUDE NO BEDSIDE MANNERS AT ALL DOES NOT LISTEN NO EXAMS IN YOUR ROOM FOR MAYBE 2mins
He's rude no bedside manners at all!! Does he know what he's doing who knows won't answer any of your questions! He try's to tell you how you feel in your own body!!! Still have same problems matter fact worse off now going to the Cleveland clinic. NO THANK YOU!!!! BE KIND learn some manner sir!!!
Following my visit with Ehrler I was left with more questions than answers. He never went over my MRI with me that I’m sure is going to cost me thousands of dollars and never even asked if the intense pain I’m in is being managed (which it’s not). I was rudely asked to put a mask on .4 seconds after he entered the room (even though I was putting it on already) and quickly passed off to another doctor after he realized it wasn’t my back so I wouldn’t be requiring any more care from him. I was at the clinic for about an hour and spent maybe 7 minutes with Ehrler. Overall a terrible experience that makes the whole ordeal of this injury that much worse.
Dr. Ehrler explained the plan of care by including my input and ensuring that I understood what the plan entails and that I was in agreement. He took the time needed for me to ask any questions and included my sig. other in the conversation. I am very confident that I have and will continue to receive excellent care from Dr. Ehrler and all staff at Crystal Clinic! I feel so “safe” and cared for here. Thank you!
The reception and everyone else was great. Dr. Ehrler was very cold – absolutely no bedside manner. He spent 4 possibly 5 minutes with me. He did not have any interest in anything I had to say and clearly had 1 foot out the door when he walked in. In my opinion he looked at my MRI and saw no surgery was necessary, so had no interest in me as a patient. Without going into the details of my physical issues, the only thing he said was sit tight and I’ll send in someone with pain management info. I waited for months hoping for some sort of Sincere consultation. Only to be passed on to pain a management center. That would have been fine had he showed some sort of interest. He never made eye contact with me once. I felt so insignificant And belittled. Another young man walked in with him with a clipboard taking notes. This would have been fine normally, but the professional thing would have been for the doctor to introduce who was with him in my examination room
Wonderful doctor. Did my surgery on my neck. Healing REALLY good. Good bedside mannersHis staff was really pleasant.
Only cares about operating on you. He did my back surgery which was supposed to be outpatient…I was in the hospital for 6 days. I couldn’t walk or do anything for myself. He didn’t even come to see me to check on me until my husband demanded to be seen. Crystal Clinic will not advocate for you. I literally just laid in a bed for 6 days in so much pain. When I was finally seen, I was told I had an over-exaggerated pain response… he was perfectly ok sending me to a skilled nursing facility when I should have been home the same day as the surgery.I was 38 years old at the time of my surgery. I’m only writing this in hopes I can save someone who is not clinical from the pain and suffering I endured.
Good experience, he explained what my mri results showed and treatment for it gave me options which included surgery or therapy.
I did have to wait a bit see Dr. Ehrler, but I would be more concerned if there wasn’t a wait. He is busy for a reason. He was direct and to the point, but not in a rude way. He gave me options and answered all my questions. The staff was equally amazing. I just hope my surgery is as successful as my experiences.
Terrible experience!! Don’t go! Crystal Clinic overbooks and cares more about money than patient care. 1/2 hour to drive there then waited over 90 minutes and still not seen. We finally left because we were told to at it would be an additional 30 minutes. My husband has 3 fractured vertebrae and 5 bulging discs and was so uncomfortable yet Crystal Clinic and this doctor didn’t care. It’s all about the money and not true patient care. Stay away!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
