We waited over 45 minutes to see him. When he came in all he did was confirm what the hospital told us. He doesn’t listen or help.

He is direct and to the point, but not rude . I appreciated the candor. He gave and explained my options for my situation and answered all my questions. The staff was also very welcoming . I left feeling confident in my decision.

I was "assigned" Dr. Ehrler after a visit to Crystal Clinic's urgent care. (Normally I try to choose my own docs after doing some research.) Dr. Ehrler came in with two un-introduced minions. I have no clue if they were students or PAs or who they were. Dr. Ehrler couldn't have been more arrogant if he tried when he responded to my questions. Like he was doing me a favor. He was not interested in any history and did an extremely brief exam and just said I needed an MRI. Another nurse or tech came in to schedule that appointment and if the whole thing took more than five minutes, I'd be surprised. Then I had to go out to the desk to schedule a follow-up with Dr. Ehrler... standing while in immense pain. I came home, found another doctor at Cleveland Clinic and cancelled the MRI and the follow-up. I find the staff at the Crystal Clinic urgent care to be compassionate and thorough. Same for Crystal Clinic Physical Therapy. I will never return to see any of the doctors.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Ehrler was very nice. I would recommend friends and family to come to crystal clinic also. Very nice people and a clean place.

I was so disappointed with this physician. He took less than 5 minutes and asked zero questions. So disheartening especially after receiving great care at the canton quick care office.

Dr. Ehrler is kind and conscientious. He made sure that I had the necessary information to make a proper decision about my care. Surgery was a complete success!
