Met with Dr Exten for the first time today after fracturing my foot. She is very personable and friendly, explains everything very well so I can understand the treatment plan. I've seen many doctors over the years, and Dr Exten is by far one of my favorite doctors.

Dr extent may be knowledge and well accomplished, how ever her attitude towards patients is not the best, say one wrong thing and she acts condescending towards you the rest of the visit.

Dr Exten in my opinion was very knowledgeable and seems to care about her patients but when I called to schedule an appointment for injections at her suggestion I never received a call back... I guess this would fall on the nurse and not Dr. Exten but still.

I had a cyst on one of my toes and Dr.. Exten determined I needed to have it surgically removed. She is very personable and really understands the needs of each patient. I chose to stay awake during the surgery so I was able to hear how well she interacts with all the staff in the operating room. The surgery was successful and she did such a great job, the cyst has not returned. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs her services.

Dr. Exten performed my total ankle replacement 2 years ago, and this was the finest medical experience & outcome I have had in my lifetime. Her professionalism throughout my evaluation, prep and surgery has been second to none. SInce I am finally able to move, walk distances and regulate my weight correctly, I am in my best health of the past 20 yrs. She took the time to diagnose correctly, and emphasized a pre-op regimen of strengthening core and dropping some weight to ensure the best outcome.

Dr Exten spent more time talking to me about my injury than any other doctor I've seen. I needed surgery. She took excellent care of me and I'm doing well now thanks to her!

Dr. Exten and her team (PA, Sports Trainer and RN) were all very knowledgeable, personable, responsive to my questions and concerns and great about follow up. This was the first time I've had surgery and I felt very confident for the following reasons: 1) Dr. Exten clearly explained my options; 2) she answered every question I had with respect and thoroughness; 3) she and her team truly work as a team, so I felt comfortable with each of them; 4) most importantly, my results are great - everything Dr. Exten explained about the surgery and recovery have been right on target and, following her instructions for recovery, I am doing great! I would highly recommend Dr. Exten!
