Dr. Dean is always professional and has a pleasant manner. She is punctual and listens and answers all questions thoroughly. She’s never in a rush and makes you feel that you’re important and she wants to help. I’d highly recommend her to anyone having ankle problems.

Very pleased with Dr Dean and staff . She was very informative , nice and a pleasure to explain procedures and all around personality . Her assistant was just as pleasant . Couldn’t have been more pleased with both of them !!!!

I’m a gulf war veteran with a %. Disability and I was treated so unfair by Dr Dean and her staff. My nurse and I left voicemails with her secretary and she never checked them we where trying to get an appointment sooner because of swelling and pain she never replied back and I was her patient, just pure laziness, I would not recommend, warning go to a different physician.

I’m a gulf war veteran with a % disability, Dr Dean and her staff treated me so unfair, they do not answer back voicemails, and they do not care about their patients, warning find another physician.

This is not Jan, it’s the patient, John. I didn’t see Dr. Dean for my follow- up and again for my suture removal. We’ll see her in a few weeks for X-rays and a visit. Dr. Dean replaced my ankle on January 12, 2022. Wonderful results, less pain from the first week. It’s a long haul to complete recovery (6 weeks, no weight bearing). I’m now able to walk with my air cast, and doing great! Love her!
