Dr. Noble reconstructed my right shoulder many years ago. Recently, I had a rotator cuff tear and he repaired it. Dr. Noble is very understanding and knowledgeable. He explains everything in terms that the normal person can understand and takes time to make sure you are involved in the decision process. He cares deeply about his patients and will do whatever is needed to help.

Dr. Noble has to be the best surgeon I could ask for. Fantastic service and unbelievable care for his patient - me. I was blown away with his concern for my condition and his aftercare was the best. Just want to say how much I appreciate all Dr. Noble has done for me with my surgery He has told me like it is & why I need to listen when he tells me about using the arm, especially since it is a second surgery on the same shoulder Thanks again for a great doctor at Crystal Clinic! Wouldn't have gone anywhere else but there!

Great doc who explains problems and treatment well, cares a lot about how his pts do, is easy to get into quickly and sets up referrals and follow ups promptly. would definitely refer friends, family and my own patients to this physician.

Best shoulder doc around. Many family & friends have been treated by Dr. Noble with great success. Very quick in appointments, but keeps you on schedule. Will always recommend him!

I came in for frozen shoulder. He gave me a cortisone shot in the shoulder. An hour later I had a reaction to the shot....severe chest pains, nausea, blacking out sensation. Went to heart specialist & he said it was a reaction to the cortisone shot, which is infrequent, but if shot not placed in correct location there can be a very severe reaction. I went back to Dr. Noble for follow up to see what he has to say about the reaction. He walked in & I told him I am here to ask about my reaction. He told me the nurse told me about it & he didn't need to discuss it. I tried 3 times to go back about the reaction. He stood up, left the room & came back with a card of another Dr. He told me he couldn't see me again , handed me the card and left.

Had an emergency knee problem, so Crystal Clinic telephone operator recommended I use CC's Quick Care in the basement of CC. I did. Then I went to schedule with Noble due to his area of specialty being what I needed. Get this: Dr. Noble WILL NOT accept a patient who was seen at CC's Quick Care!!!! Unbelievable!!! He won't see a patient who was seen in his own business's Quick Care facility!!! So now have to go searching for a doctor that can get me back to work :-( Unprofessional :-(
