a 5 year patient, started with dr. kim then found out its a revolving door of doctors... a 5 year patient seen in august for surgery follow up, goes in for scheduled exam appointment to be told " that will be out of pocket today, we no longer accept the insurance". after 5+ years you can't even send a letter, a text...i get absolutely no consideration??? don't go here or any affiliated organization- patients don't matter, all about a buck find better

Do not go here. They have DROPPED several insurance carriers and they DON'T NOTIFY patients. CROOKS AND THIEVES- FIND BETTER MORE TRUSTWORTHY DOCTORS

TERRIBLE they have cut several insurance carriers and DON'T SEND NOTICES OUT. Do not call you can't reach a person in an office, its ALL done thru a call center out of state! IF YOU THOUGHT THEY WERE YOUR LOCAL OFFICE, LOCAL PEOPLE HELPING OTHERS YOU ARE WRONG!!! FIND A ORHER PRIVIDER IMMEDIATELY

This practice has refused to provide my eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions, despite multiple requests. I called on 8/25 and 8/29, and also submitted their online request form after Labor Day. I’m currently out of town for an extended period and need my prescriptions, but they’ve been completely unresponsive. I've already filed a complaint with the FTC and will escalate further if needed. Patients are legally entitled to their prescriptions—this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I would say this is a nice establishment but after today I am not so happy with them. I have been here for years and today I come for my daughters yearly exam and they tell me that they tried to call me last week letting me know my insurance isn't taken at the location and THEY DIDNT. Last week I got a text confirming my daughter's appointment today at 815 and I walked in and that's all they had to offer me . No record of a call or text about this before I got here. It was very much so out of my way and also inconvenient especially with my daughter being late for school for now nothing. Very disappointing
