The experience I received from the front office to his staff and medical team to the hospital and their staff was a great experience and took my worries away. Dr. Pfefferle and his medical team cares and listen to your needs and addresses all your concerns. I was going to Dr.Pfefferle for year until got my hip replaced and was walking with a cane routinely less than 2 weeks later after surgery (6/28-7/12 I am still rehabbing and can walk without a cane as well, unbelievable results). He is best physician around for the direct anterior approach, highly recommend Dr.Pefferle and his staff and medical team.

I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Pfefferle in March 2021. I was referred to him by another very satisfied patient. My results are excellent!! I was almost pain-free three months after my surgery. My mobility is outstanding, equal to that of my healthy knee. Dr. Pfefferle is a highly skilled, compassionate, intelligent Orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in hips and knees. His skills are so impressive that even my physical therapists were deeply impressed by the outcomes of my surgery and Dr. Pfefferle’s skills. Since he is a younger doctor, his training is in the newest, most advanced surgical and pain-control techniques. I am so happy that I chose him as my surgeon. I very highly recommend Dr. Pfefferle to anyone needing hip or knee surgery. He is outstanding!!!!!

Dr Pfefferle performed both of my husband's hip replacements - one in June 2018 (right hip) and the second one in June 2021 (left hip). We couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! Dr Pfefferle is professional and genuinely cares for his patients and his patients' families. He takes the time to answer questions and explains the procedure thoroughly. My husband was home after one day in the hospital in 2018 and was home the same day of surgery in 2021.

Dr. Pfefferle did surgery on both of my hips. They were complete hip replacements at different times, both turned out PERFECT! Very quick recovery times and great results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pfefferle!!!

Very experienced doctor, kind and caring as well. Staff is the opposite and attention to details of their offices and their patients is frustrating.Not only can I not find hours for their multiple offices. They do not call back to inform patients or caregivers of pertinent information. And assume every operation is the same. I say this due to the exact same prescriptions for antibiotics, pain, and follow up. Despite the fact that everyone is different and has different factors and outcomes to the same surgery.Those factors are not taken into consideration and good luck getting a call back. Let alone figuring out when and where you can pick up prescriptions or ask about serious medical issues with the doctor.

Dr. Pfefferle is a great doctor!! He changed my life,I thought my life was over. I had a right hip replacement done everyone at the hospital and in his office were wonderful. He is the greatest surgeon ever..

Dr. Pfefferle is great. Unlike a lot of others he is always on time, listens & finds the best treatment for you. I just had bilateral knee replacement with lidocaine pain balls instead of opiates which I am allergic to and am doing wonderfully. Walking and great range of motion after 6 weeks, mostly pain free. Highly recommend

He told me that he thought I would do well with the surgery. I am so glad that he did.

Dr Pfefferle and his staff are WONDERFUL, he's very attentive, the interns and assistants he has are always great. Other than getting a big head because he's a TV star now. (Joking)I'd recommend this office to anyone with joint problems, mine is knees and he's great.

I switched to this practice because my previous Dr. routinely had 2 hour waits because they over booked. I never have more than a 5 min wait at the white pond office. I'm very happy with Dr. Pfefferle's care
