Dr Wells is thorough and very personable. He listens to all concerns. I entrust him with my family's care as my sons both now go to him.

Dr Wells and his staff were extremely friendly and very professional. I have been to quite a few physicians in my life, and Dr Wells was very easy to talk to and spent a lot of time patiently explaining my health conditions to me.

Dr. Wells is a thorough, highly competent doctor -- the perfect go-to doc for annual physicals. Covers everything we need to annually (great attention to detail); listens actively; does not rush; and has a decent sense of humor! He puts things into perfect perspective and talks me off ledges as needed. It's a drive for me to get there, but worth it. The physical office/facility could use an upgrade cosmetically one of these days (coat of paint, updates etc), but it's fine -- far more important for me to see a doc that seems to take true interest in your health outcomes. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wells and the other doctors here are outstanding and the majority of the staff is as well, however the new lady who checks out for Dr. Wells is absolutely terrible. I’ve seen him a few times since she’s been there and it seems to be getting worse each time. She gets frustrated and upset when she has to do anything outside of making a follow up appointment. She’s very condescending in the way she talks to people and thinks she’s right when you question something the doctor had said a few minutes prior and once she checked with him after getting upset because I asked her to ask him, it turned out I was right and she was even worse after that. Wish the old girl was still there or wish the one who checks out for Dr. Taylor was the one who checked out for Dr. Wells.

Dr . Wells has provided care for my dad who passed away in 2004 and and for 20 plus years for myself. He takes time to explain all of the processes in medical treatment from labs to treatments. He has the best Dr / Patient skill sets I have ever seen. He takes special care for his patients. He came to City Hospital to discharge my dad on Xmas morning 2004. He later past away the next month in January. Dr wells gave me a special moment in time that holiday season and I will never forget that.

Dr. Wells has been my doctor for ten years. He's a great doctor and I trust him completely. My husband, mother, youngest daughter and son in law all go to him as well!

Overall doctors are competent and show a sincere empathy towards patients. The issue with this practice is the office staff, ecspecially the women that sit at the front and check out windows. They are absolutely some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They do not call back with appointments and God forbid you call them with a question. When you’re sitting in the waiting room all you hear is these women gossiping about other employees, doctors and patients. Clearly these women do not want to be working with ill people. Rude, unprofessional, disorganized and non empathetic. The docs are good but it just doesn’t make up for who they allow to represent them to the public. I’ll be looking for a new physician.
