Was not given the address of the location where my appointment was scheduled. Could not get ahold of anyone at the office or call center. Waited 30 minutes on hold before giving up. Upon arrival to the location of where I thought my appointment was scheduled I was told the she probably wouldn't see me at the other location because I was going to be late. I was ahead of schedule so I took my chances and drove to the other location 20 minutes away. I arrived 15 minutes late (the office I was at called and told them I was running behind). Again because I was not given the address and was unable to get ahold of someone. When I got there dr. Had left and said the she couldn't see me because I was late. So even though she knew I was in route to her she still left, and didn't have the decency to at least have an assistant call to let me know she was unable to see me. Summa and her office definitely dropped the ball on this one. Do I wanna reschedule? No, I will not reschedule with someone who don't have the decency to wait for me or at least call. Again, for something beyond my control. I literally waited months for this appointment. So disappointed

Dr. Drummond was very personal; she explained what she was doing in detail and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her to my friends
