Don't go to this doctor. The front desk change my appointment and never called to let me know. Dr. Kitson waa supposed to call me since I couldn't get in to see her. She never called! Very poor patient care! Find another doctor!!

Dr. Kitson came recommended to us by a close friend who has kept Patty Kitson as her primary care doctor since childhood. She has been ours for about five years and is a gentle listener and frankly an encyclopedia. I have asked her a wide range of questions from women’s health to respiratory health and she can always give wisdom.

I have never had a worse experience with a Dr. in my entire life. I am a nurse myself and expect that people in the medical field do their job to the best of their ability. I did not find that here. After several ER visits, urgent care and 2 virtual appointments with Dr. Kitson, my allergist found that I have a horrible sinus infection and started me on antibiotics. I had not been feeling well for several weeks, shortness of breath, elevated heart rate, light headed. The Dr. did not return my calls about my health concerns in a timely manner, I had to keep calling and calling. If you need stuff done quickly regarding your health, I would recommend going somewhere else. I have found a new Dr. that I am happy with. I have heard from other people that they stopped seeing this Dr. also due to her lack of promptness on getting things done.

I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone. I am a nurse myself and take healthcare very seriously. My experience was horrible with her and she did not move very quickly at all when it came to my healthcare. After several Dr’s visits, I went to see my allergist and she diagnosed me with a horrible sinus infection and immediately put me on antibiotics. I have had an elevated heart rate, shortness of breath, light headed, nausea, loss of appetite for weeks. She ordered no blood work on my first visit with her and I had to call back the next day and request. The referrals that she supposedly ordered never called me and I had to call all places myself. This office seems very disorganized and Dr. Kitson’s bedside manner towards me was horrible. I have since found a new Dr. that seems to be on top of her game!

I love Dr. Kitson. She really takes her time and listens.

Visited with Dr Kitson today 3/28/19 She is very thorough and explains everything in clear and concise language Great at providing other sources to consult and is the BEST at responding to my questions The whole office is great Perfect location in Fairlawn

This office is horrible. I took the day off from work to go to my appointment and they changed my appointment without telling me. Didn't even bother to call me to make sure the day they changed my appointment to was okay. I drove from the other side of town to get to this office as well just for them to tell me that. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. After this happen, I saw comments from others saying the same thing. Beware!

I love this doctor. She sits down and takes the time with me to discuss all of my concerns and questions.

I called the office to make an appt on Feb 6. My insurance changed, and I asked how much it would cost out of pocket to see Dr Kitson, because I could not find a doctor in Summit County that my new Insurance would cover. I picked the earliest appt possible, being for today, March 1, and when I arrived, I was told I didn't have an appointment because I was scheduled to have one on Feb 8, and didn't show. I asked who cancelled the appointment, and was told only that it was Ashley, and she no longer worked there. If I had an appointment on Feb 8, why did I have to wait until today to be seen? Why didn't I receive a phone call or a heads up, like "You have an appointment in two days." Dr. Kitson is fantastic, I love her dearly, been her patient for almost 16 years. Her office staff needs help. For the record, It's about $170 to see her with no insurance...
